Buena ubicación pero poco confort

La ubicación y la limpieza. Realmente escogí este alojamiento por la ubicación. Tenía hervidor de agua y mini nevera. Pudimos dejar las mochilas en recepción al hacer el checkout.

La cama era incómoda y hacía mucho ruido. Instalaciones antiguas. La estancia no fue confortable en general.

Humble hostel, decent price for value

The lady at reception was nice, we were able to check in and leave our bags before 14h which was really helpful

There was 1 shower and 2 bathrooms for 4 rooms, so we had to wait our turn

Ottimo albergo situato in una posizione centrale con tutti i servizi a pochi minuti.

L’albergo è pulito, le stanze molto grandi ed è situato in una posizione centrale proprio nella old town e a soli 15 minuti a piedi dalla stazione degli autobus e dei treni

Le stanze si sviluppano in altezza e non c’è l’ascensore.

Run down, dirty and noisy.

Location was fair for 1 star accomodation.

Floors were dirty. My room smelled like cleaning fluid or something similar. Doors were out of alignment so were loud whenever people opened and closed and locked doors. TV was broken. Electrical socket in bathroom was hanging loose out of it's fixture.

The pension was easy to find, the reception we're very helpful & even carried my heavy bag to my room for me. A great central location with lots of restaurants & cafes close by.

a fabulous base to explore Girona

location is excellent, so close to everything. value for moneys is also great.

just be prepared to carry your bags up to 4 floors. there is no lift.

Perfect for short stays!

Location is perfect. Great value for money. Fairly good facilities and pretty clean.

stairs are steep, but that’s fine. Old building like that can’t have an elevator.

Great stay… We would absolutely stay here again

The location is the best ever… Right in the middle of the old town and just one block from the old Jewish quarter. Room was great. The only negative is that parking is especially difficult to locate. Expect to pay $30 per day unless you are fortunate enough to find a free spot on the street. Stairs could be a big issue for some folks who are not as fit as we are. We are 62 and 72 and took our luggage up to the fourth floor via the stairs. Not a big deal for me, but it would be for many

Superb value and location, perfect for families.

Great location right in the heart of the Old Town. We had an entire apartment with three bedrooms - really comfortable and clean.

The communal areas smell of stale smoke although there are no smoking signs everywhere.

Really good, super clean room and good value for money - but for me the stairs were a big problem…

Location was brilliant. Room very comfortable, warm and spacious. Good to have fridge and kettle (instant coffee available..)

The only problem was there was no lift, up loads of stairs with a heavy suitcase - a bit of a serious challenge as I am quite elderly and not very strong. Thankfully a friend helped me up the stairs to the reception (which is already on the 2nd floor) and then the man in reception carried it up another floor - otherwise I just don’t know how I would have managed..it was just about possible to slide my case down this morning… and the kind lady on reception (possibly even more elderly than me) gave me moral support and switched on the lights etc as we went downstairs together - I’d love to come back to this place but only with light hand luggage! Oh and no plug in the bathroom so only a shower rather than a nice bath .. take your own if you go there and prefer a bath?

A fantastic stay in the centre of Girona.

Excellent value for money right in the centre of Girona. The rooms were warm, comfortable, spotlessly clean. The shower is excellent. The shared bathroom was very clean.

The check in process was not very straightforward but we got there in the end.

Good if you're looking for cheap accommodation and do not mind the noise at night.

I had a pleasant stay in the room. Easy coomunication with staff and efficiency.

The room at night was too noisy. With the windows open you hear people in the street and the church bells every half an hour during the whole night. At 5am the bells rang for almost 5 minutes. With the windows closed you don't hear it as much but it is too hot.
