駐車場の案内の方やフロントの方がすごく丁寧で親切でよかったです。バストイレ別　部屋の中に玄関がありスリッパに履き替えてゆっくりすることができました

プレミアムフロア専用ラウンジ大浴場朝食

強いて言えば、大阪駅からは距離があること。しかし、何度もシャトルバスを利用して、まあ、問題ないです。

綺麗で利用しやすいホテル

全体的に綺麗。お風呂が良かった。市内の観光へも便利だった。

他の三井ガーデンホテルをよく利用するが、この部屋はL字になっており他よりも狭く感じた。インテリアも濃い茶色なので圧迫感があった。

Great relaxing stay

Just love Mitsui hotels. The staff was really friendly and helpful. The room looked great and was very clean. The hotel has an ideal location, close to the metro and Osaka station.

Quite a big room with all we needed, incl. kettle, fridge and air-co

Window was with milk-glass and it could be opened only very little.

Wonderful and relaxing stay and a great way to end our trip in Japan.

- spacious, clean, and modern room - bed was so comfortable especially compared to other hotels we stayed at - umbrellas to borrow at the front desk - laundry machines could be controlled with a mobile app and paid for with Apple Pay, a huge upgrade from our other experiences with hotel coin laundry rooms - rain shower head AND detachable shower head as well as a bench inside the shower - toilet, sink, and shower were all separated - shuttle to Osaka JR station

A little farther from central Osaka than we thought (via public transit). We also chose it due to proximity to USJ but didn’t realize that the public transit route would involve multiple transfers still.

コインランドリーの数が少なく、ランドリー室が不衛生だった。ゴミが落ちていたり、忘れた洗濯物かランドリーが少ないので誰かが出したのか、洗濯物が放置されていた。

오사카역까지 셔틀버스가 있어서 편리하게 잘 이용했습니다. 대욕장이 있어서 이용했는데 크기는 크지 않습니다.

벽간 소음이 있었고 시끄럽게 떠드는 투숙객이 있어서 불편했습니다. 방음이 약하다고 생각합니다

Good room, questionable service

Nice rooms and having a washer dryer was a really big help. Good location too with great food within walking distance

The hotel only iffered "limited housekeeping," which is just towels and bins. Full housekeeping had to be arranged via the front desk at an additional charge, which was disappointingly poor value for a hotel at this price point

快適な滞在、便利なロケーション

渡辺橋、中之島駅からすぐのところに位置し、便利な場所にあります。フェスティバホールや中之島美術館からもとても近いのでビジネスはもちろん観光にも便利かと思いました。お部屋も清潔感があってキレイです。アメニティも充実していました。お部屋からの景色も素敵でした。

少し建物が古いのと、やはりお値段が少しお高めかと思います。

さすが三井！センスがいい！

16階の大浴場がとても清潔で新しい設備でセンスが良かった。フロントのスタッフも接客が丁寧でした。お部屋も広くて、部屋の中のお風呂もリファのシャワーヘッドがついているなどセンスが良かった。

Shuttle services can be promoted more. Many guests including me, did not know of a pickup from the train station.

A Good base camp to explore Osaka

-Very clean room condition. Well maintained. -Good location to reach both Osaka Station and Namba area. Shuttle service is very helpful. -Staff are very kind and well trained. -You can buy Osaka Amazing PASS at the hotel if you want to.

Osaka stay ruined. Got sick because of the dusty room that was not cleaned well.

Unbelievably dusty. My partner and I both have dust allergies. We both got very sick while staying in the room, but didn't think it was the room as we intentionally booked a non-carpeted room. By chance I dropped my phone behind the bed. When I moved the bed to retrieve it, I saw an ungodly amount of dust had collected there (it was as if no one had vacuumed there in years). We had literally been sleeping with our heads next to it. The hotel cleaned it after I immediately complained. They also wrote an apology letter, but to be honest after reading similar reviews of this hotel (not being cleaned), I can see that it's not genuine. We didn't leave the room for 1.5 days because we were sick. They should have refunded us some money.

大阪でライブを楽しむ時はこちらに宿泊しています。ロビーはいい香りで部屋は清潔感もあり、大浴場があるのも気に入っています。ロケーションもよくスタッフさんの笑顔や対応もすてきです。

今回は二泊で、エコのためゴミ捨てとタオルの交換のみお願いしました。一泊目はホテルに戻るのが遅く部屋で食事をとり、二日目部屋に戻るとゴミ箱はきれいでしたが手前に置いたペットボトル等はそのままでした。何度か宿泊していますが初めてのことで少しがっがりしました。

Great hotel to have as base for Osaka stay

Wonderful hotel facilities, staff is very helpful and accomodating. Top floor bath/spa was a great bonus. Room was large especially for Japanese hotel standards, with very comfortable bed. Lots of restaurants in the area as it's in the business district.

They offered a free shuttle service to Osaka Station, but there's a large gap in the ride times during lunch hours, which is when I happened to need to leave for the airport. So I ended up having to hire a taxi.

Old hotel but does the job

The room is big compared to other hotels in Japan and the bed is quite comfortable

Location is not ideal, quite far from everything The hotel is a bit old and you can see this in the state of the room, the pillows were stained, the walls had many scuffs on them
