I’d return the area for sure, and even though this facility was great for a large family, I feel the price was too high

Location was great, facility was well kept and clean. The housekeeping services were great as well. There were roaches in the room, which was not ok. I requested it be treated during our stay, not sure if it actually was, but the pests remained the remainder of our stay. Running along the kitchen counters, on the coffee pot, on the dishes, etc.

Some of the staff was great, some were not. The pool was dirty regularly, the room service food was not very good, the restaurant was unpleasant to talk to every time.

For those who want to be near the action but prioritize relaxation, the West Bay Club is perfect.

The staff at the West Bay Club was exceptionally kind and professional. The food and beverages offered were delicious, especially the plentiful breakfast! It is a beautiful gem of a resort, tucked away from the crowded commercial area of Grace Bay but close enough to access the stores and restaurants there by bike or on foot.

The pull out couch in our suite was very uncomfortable and some of the upholstery on the furniture, bed linens and towels were stained. Everything was clean, but needing to be refreshed.

great small, quiet resort with a beautiful pool and gorgeous beach. probably best for people who are looking low key, as this resort is far from the main strip. it only has one restaurant, you’ll likely need a rental car or cabs.

Just what we needed--relaxing and beautiful beach and lovely snorkeling.

breakfast was great--loved the omelet options and the fresh fruit in particular. The staff is amazing and very friendly. It was very nice to be able to get iced tea and the staff remembered that we liked iced tea instead of coffee. Very personalized experience. The lunch and dinner options were ok--would like to have a wider variety and some lower cost options; the servings were huge and we often couldn't finish everything. Drinks were very generous but almost too much alcohol at times--maybe lower the prices and put in a bit less alcohol; The room and resort overall were very nice. Special shout out to some of the amazing staff including Roshana, Roosevelt, Petrona, Jose, Robert, Kaveen, Lorenzo and Chef Nadine. The staff who brought the towels and water at night were wonderful! So kind and respectful--they rang the doorbell! Wonderful snorkeling at the reef nearby!!

Would have been nice to have a shuttle to town and to/from the airport as most high end resorts do that. In addition, the drivers to and from the airport were deceptive. We were told price was 11.50 each way from airport but going to the resort our driver told us it was 16 per person and going back to the airport our driver told us we had to pay him in cash until I showed him on our final resort checkout receipt that the return fare had already been charged to our account. Very SHADY!! Our room was very nice as mentioned, but the box springs on one side of the bed were broken and that made for an uncomfortable sleep at times. It would be nice to have a small shop or store at the resort as the grocery in town requires taking a taxi. Overall, this is an excellent resort but it is quiet (which we wanted) and away from the hustle and bustle. With the limited restaurant options, you have to pay to go anywhere and that really adds to the price of the vacation.

Very beautiful, well kept facility with a staff that's sure to make you smile!

I loved the location and the complimentary breakfast everyday. The breakfast was well above just a normal American breakfast fare. The staff was extremely helpful, pleasant and courteous. The grounds were clean and well kept.

It was disappointing to find that my room did not have a balcony like all of the other rooms on the premises. For the price it would have been nice to have a balcony room instead of a typical hotel room. Additionally, it was extremely disappointing to arrive in my room to find that the refrigerator had not been restocked, rather the refrigerator still had half drink water from the previous guess, no wash clothes in the bathroom, no slippers and a iron that did not work. I think for the price of the room which is well over $600 a night, I should have been give the same addition to detail that the other guess received.

Nice, quiet property with beach activities and excellent breakfast; staff unhelpful at times.

Excellent breakfast and location on beach; plenty of activities to do; amenities are nice as well / parking easy.

Staff was unhelpful at times; beach staff did not want to help guests; bar staff on beach unhelpful and lazy. Biggest issue occurred when we checked in, as property indicated that Booking.com had cancelled the reservation and had no record of our stay.

Perfect resort for relaxtion

I really liked everything, we've changed rooms from the first floor to the fifth and the view was amazing. Waking up with the sight of the beautiful blue sea and the white beach was amazing. The resort is so quiet and relaxing. Enough chairs on the beach and by the pool. The staff was very friendly and thoughtful, they really put out for their customers. Everyday they made me laugh. Our room was so big and well equiped from coffeemaker to washingmachine. I can't wait to come back some day.

It is set on a beautiful beach set away from the mass of hotels on Grace Bay but only 7mins by car. A small boutique hotel!

Very good but WBC needs to improve restaurant choices.

Breakfast is great. Beach location perfect.

Lunch and Dinner options limited. Need to go elsewhere but taxi’s can get costly. Indigo restaurant next store really great!

Our room was nice but not a $500 a night, they desperately need public transportation and bike lanes

The breakfast was great, lots of protein, loved the omelets. Lots of variety.

The only thing bad was the flies. One day they ran out of water and coffee. We also had to find place setting and silver ware. Don't be late, they can run out of eggs.

I can not say enough good things about the whole staff!

the staff was wonderful, friendly, very welcoming and positive! The property was extremely well maintained, the gardens were beautiful, and access to everything was easy.
