The cleanliness, the staff, the location, and the view from the balcony were perfect.

Beach was perfect. we have doubts about the beach before we arrive the hotel. But it was one of the best beachs for us and for our 3 years old children. Also staff and owners were very helpull. Apart was big and clean. Good location that you can find everything close.

The location was excellent. The beach belonging to the apartment was clean, clear, excellent swimming. Paulo brings your drinks and snacks right to your palapa & always with a smile. The best thing was it was located next door to the best food on the Island, The Batis. Eat there whenever you can! We loved to be able to park our rental car right on the property. We enjoyed the free fresh beach towels provided by Yanni each day (after 10 am).
The apartment was quite Spartan. It was clean but it brings to mind the old adage “if you have a guest room, you should pack & stay in it for 2 days to see what is missing”. Like, hip-aching hard mattress, sheets that don’t fit the bed (which you have to make up yourself), hotel racks for luggage so you don’t need to use the floor, a toilet that never stops dripping & you have to pretend it’s a mountain stream burbling nearby, no coffee maker other than a kettle for instant coffee you bring yourself & this in an area where you can’t get breakfast or coffee til 9:30 or 10 a.m., no spatula or egg lifter so you can cook an egg properly on the weird cooking surface, only 1 wine glass, cool showers at 8 am. After 3 nights, we got used to it, but it felt more like a rustic cabin than a deluxe apartment. I guess if all you want is to be close to the water, this will be good for you.

The host is great, she resolved all our requirements. She is very nice and helpful.
The beach is very close. It is well equipped, the water is crystal clear. There are some small rocks when you enter the water, but overall it's ok.
The view is also great!
The furniture is obsolete, the doors squeak, the drain hole in the bathroom was blocked. It rained in the house (in 2 places). We had expectations because we payed a lot and it was not worth it.

The location is amazing, rooms are nicely appointed, the terrace was perfect to spend time with friends and family
The shower - the screen is useless, you end up wetting the whole bathroom

The location is great - just in front of a nice beach, and a good tavern. Very quiet place - sleeping at night, you hear only the sea waves :)
Super cozy furnished, clean rooms.
Very nice beach bar and friendly staff.
The one bedroom apartment is not really an apartment - rather, it’s a small room. Quite tiny for a family I would say.
Having in mind that it is just a small room, and there is no even a breakfast, the place is overpriced compared to other hotels around.
Some constant issues with the electricity.
