The ultimate in contemporary holiday house design. Situated in the Caves Ridge Estate, which borders the wonderful gardens of the historical Caves House Hotel, this property is a 10 minute easy walk through to the seaside town of Yallingup and magnificent Yallingup beach. The Beach Box is the perfect base to explore the beauties of the Margaret River region, but most of all a place to relax, unwind and spoil yourself.
Nestled among the peppermint trees, this stylish, spacious elevated house is built over three split levels with a central entrance. The holiday house can comfortably accommodate 3 couples, or a family group in its 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.

Two adult retreat bedrooms branch off either side of the entrance area. Both bedrooms have queen beds with crisp white bed linen and private balconies. Each adult bedroom has an en suite bathroom with free standing bath, shower, vanity and toilet.

The third bedroom and bathroom are located on the lower floor. This bedroom is equipped with 1 queen bed and 2 bunk beds, making it suitable for varying needs. This bedroom adjoins a comfortable TV viewing room, with widescreen smart television, DVD/CD and bar fridge creating an ideal children's room or teenage retreat within easy reach of the main living area.

The designer kitchen and beautifully furnished open living and dining spaces will delight friends who love to share a fine meal. This main living area is upstairs, and opens onto the large entertaining deck, creating a private and secure outdoor living space. Large glass sliding doors open from the kitchen to the barbecue on the balcony - the perfect place for summer entertaining.

Comfortable leather lounges, widescreen smart television, DVD/CD invite guests to switch off, wind down, and snuggle up by the wood fire on cosy winter evenings.

Complimenting the already generous features of this house is the external shower, ideal after the beach, conveniently located close to the laundry (washing machine/dryer) entry.

The Beach Box offers a complete and exceptional holiday accommodation package.

NB **THIS PROPERTY IS NOT SUITABLE FOR STUDENT/ LEAVER BOOKINGS**

All linen is provided (excl. beach towels). All of our accommodation is fully self-catered, and as a courtesy we provide a basic starter pack for each stay, including: soap, toilet rolls, tea, coffee & sugar, basic cleaning products, and some cooking essentials (oil, salt & pepper). We provide these items to help kick-start your holiday in a stress-free way, but guests are responsible for the ongoing supply of anything they should require beyond the starter pack provided.
During winter months, we provide some complimentary wood, kindling, matches and fire lighters for houses with indoor fire places. Guests requiring more wood for their stay - or wishing to use the fire outside of winter months - will need to purchase their own, available at local service stations and hardware stores.

Lovely holiday home with plenty of room for two families to stay. The walk through caves house gardens to the beach was easy for adults and kids over 5. We really enjoyed the balcony and that both master bedrooms had the same mirror image layout. There's only air-conditioning in the main kitchen/upstairs living area, which was fine during our stay in Autumn, but could be an issue in Summer.

We loved our stay at The Beach Box. It was an ideal house for our family as each bedroom is associated with its own bathroom so our 2 adult children with children/partner could enjoy a private area of their own. The house is very well appointed and has everything you might need for a great stay.

Beautiful property, had everything we needed! Beautiful view of the trees and close to the pub. Bit of a walk to the beach for us with littles. Host was quick to respond with any queries we had. Very good property if travelling with a few families as there is two spacious entertainment areas and all bedrooms are nice and big to escape if need be. Would recommend 😁

We Recently Stayed at the Beach Box for my Husbands Birthday. The house was Amazing and the Teens were happy with their own space. This was within walking distance to Caves house and was lovely to wake up to the birds every morning and have a Cuppa on the lovely balcony. The kitchen had everything you could think of that you would need in there which made cooking a Breeze. Will definitely be back :-)

It seems we have been charged for 6 adults. We originally booked for 4 adults and 2 children (5 years and 1 year old) however it ended up being 3 x adults as my father is stuck in QLD. I have emailed our property manager twice but have not heard back. We only queried the price after talking with a friend staying in the same vicinity within Caves Ridge.

3 friends and I stayed over the long weekend and what a perfect weekend it was. The house is very clean and spacious. The location is perfect - 1min walk to Caves House and a 5 min walk to Yallingup Beach. It is in a very quiet location surrounded by trees and we were visited by many birds and even a goanna. The kitchen offers all mod-cons - everything you need for a self-catering weekend (or longer). The only negative is that there is curently no wifi available - its a must for some and maybe not for others - but it would still be very handy. We loved the property and would certainly recommend it.

We LOVED our stay at The Beach Box!!! Location............check Comfort.............check Facilities............check Cleanliness....... check Value for money....check This place is just perfect you can get away from it all or you have everything on your doorstep. It is only a short 10 minute easy walk to the beach straight through the beautiful gardens of Caves House. There is a fantastic park which is great for children (we have 2 aged 7 & 5). The house has great kitchen facilities plus a BBQ on the large balcony so you can either stay in or head down to Caves House for a lovely meal. There is plenty of room in the house for 2 families and you don't feel cramped at all. We stayed over the AFL Grand Final weekend and we not interrupted by any noise coming from Caves House. This place is the best place to stay if you want to be close enough to everything but far enough away to fell like you are in the middle of nowhere. There is also a great little shop and bottleshop within walking distance if you do happen to forget anything or you can always drive into Dunsborough which is under 10 minutes. The vineyards and loads of restaurants, attractions etc are all within a short drive or as far as you wish to venture. We just loved it here and would 100% recommend The Beach Box to anyone and would definitely stay again. Two thumbs up!!!!!

Had a lovely weekend here in May 2015, even though weather was a little rainy it didn't stop us having a great time with a lovely fire roaring while we played board games, ate and drink plenty of wine! would definately stay here again as the place was beautiful and spacious and a fantastic view from the decked area.

Had a wonderful weekend away in Yallingup at the Beach Box. Beautiful holiday home, modern, spacious and close to everything. We chose it due to its proximity to wineries, Caves House etc but stayed in most of the time anyway it was so nice. Would recommend to family/ friends and would stay again.
