Great location and very clean. Staff fantastic.

Soft comfortable bed, decent size TV. Comfortable chairs. Heaps of storage space for bags and helmet, boots, and assorted gear. Plenty of easy to access power points. I used 6.
Couldn't find a way to turn on the ceiling fan. Used the air conditioning instead but felt bad for the power bill I was probably running up.

Amending my booking proved impossible through booking.com
Check in was more complex than I thought, required a trip to the Pub

Late checkin by 10pm was great, bed was comfortable. A good cheap option for the area

Location and price, we were not looking for an overpriced room just to sleep in.
Got a bit noisy during the day

Great location, cheap and cheerful, great shower.
It wasn't the cleanest but I've definitely seen worse

I like the privacy of the rooms and how they are situated in town close to everything.
the rooms are what I expected, and they are comfortable.

Complicated routine for access to key for room when arriving at unknown town, particularly at night. Definitely needs to be improved.

Always staying here
Just don't like staying in the rooms that have adjoining doors. Not very sound proof

Wish there were instructions on check in. Was a bit scary walking alone by myself as a young woman through a dark alleyway to the Middle pub around heaps of drunk people for check in. Once I got to the room it was fine. Clean and tidy. I did not use the showers or anything.
Just the check in process was a bit dodgy especially for a young lady coming at night.

Beds felt old and poor quality.

The proximity to Brunswick Heads.
After 4 hours of driving at night and after getting the last parking spot at the motel to unload , having to walk in town to get the key wasn't great especially when you're a woman on your own. I would recommend staying at the Middle Bar Pub instead where you have to collect the key. There is more action.

The staff servicing rooms were delightful.
Checking in was hopeless. Collecting the key from the hotel where I had to wait nearly 15 mins until someone came was annoying. This information should have been on the booking form. A key box would have been more efficient. And the man was not congenial.

Has all the basics you need for a couple of nights stay.

The bed was comfortable.
There was no microwave that was requested.
The room was a long way to carry our luggage.
There was a lot of noise from the renovations & workers.
You had to run the hot water for a long time before it warmed up & it ran out fast.
3.6
It was convenient in town
Checking in at the disgusting Middle Pub was insulting and revolting
