This hotel is a scam!

Nothing. They offer room types they do not actually have. I letf.

They offered and sold a room with two Queen beds, which is the reason why I booked. When I got to the room the beds were Double sized not Queen. I asked for what I paid for and they said they did not have Queen size beds in their inventory. Be careful, it is a scam! Impressive coming from Marriott but it is.

Great experience

Everything was absolutely great, place, location, amenities, room and food. Staff at front desk so mind and professionals. Cook at egg station does A great job and friendly. Servers could be Better trained But they are kind. Awesome place

Hotel is in front of a good shopping center with great restaurantes on it.

The room is super noisy, you can literally listen the talk from room next door. Additionally my room was close to the elevator and you can hear whole day and night the elevator noise and bipping noise each time comes to your floor. I asked to change the room but apparently hotel was full and no other room available. Floor was not clean enough, specially for a 5stars hotel.

location, modern, nice, trendy

the pillows were pretty normal, just average, there were no hand soaps or coffee/tea mugs or cups in the room when has just I checked in. the bed duvet cover had some stains on it

It used to be an awesome hotel. Not anymore.

Location and not much else.

I used to stay in this hotel especially because of the location and the breakfast. I've never ate a breakfast as bad as in this occasion, so much so that I am considering staying farther from my office but in a better place. In this occasion I had to go to the nearest Starbucks in order to eat something decent. The cleanliness as whole was really lagging. In the hallways the carpet was heavily stained. There were no toiletries, only liquid shampoo. I could not recognize this hotel from early times.

Excellent location for visiting the Antea mall - great shopping!!

Wonderful service everywhere, very pleasant and kind staff. Hotel clean, comfortable beds, nice towels and bed linens. Lots of underground parking!

Not good lighting in the bathroom for applying makeup!! That’s all.

Relatively new building and instalations.

Bed comfy is below 5 stars regular hotels. Room size is too small, I stayed overnight, so this is not a dealbreaker however for who stays longer it may be an issue.

Great hotel, across the street from upscale shopping mall. Hotel restaurant food was delicious, staff super helpful in arranging early taxi for airport, etc.
