Probaly wouldn’t stay here again because of the stairs

Easy to check in! Restaurant on site

Bathroom needs to be upgraded, mould in the shower Too Many stairs especially when carrying luggage and two small children The children were scared of falling down the stairs

Very dirty room. Insects everywhere. Other peoples hair indicating the room was not cleaned thoroughly. Mould in the shower, no hot water at all. Instructed to walk past the back of the kitchen to get to the rooms with all the grease traps. Storage under the room for the bar meant loud noises as workers went about their jobs.

Was good we enjoyed the stay and the township.

Great food good prices

No safety lock on inside of doors so 2yr old sone could easily open door and let him self out. Had to block door with chair to time delay him from getting out unsupervised.

No plates or cutlery in room. No breakfast available until 10am. Mouldy shower that didn’t drain.

Accommodation was clean, comfortable and adequate for our needs

The bathroom was clean. Major negative was the shower, which was among the worse I have experienced, and clearly needs upgrading

uick overnight, arriving late and after dark. Didn't know my way around

a) Close to airport ($15 taxi fare), meal was great, bed was comfy, slept well. b) Room was end of row and upstairs which was difficult for me with walking stick, though Bar Manager helped me upstairs and was kind enough to get TV fixed quickly and even brought my meal up to me as I was happy to wait until 7pm when the busy hour eased.

a) No proper locks on doors or security chain or other means of securing, only one simple pop-in button. b) Although the room was spacious with beds chairs table and counter good, the room was in need of refurbishment, just looking rather tired and well-used, with soiling/stains etc on curtains, walls, carpets and some bed covers. c) It was rather difficult to get downstairs in the morning with 2 bags and walking stick, and quite difficult to find way around the back area, searching different entrances, some locked and a wrong end of building, until I found someone to show me to the actual front door to meet my Taxi back to airport to collect hire car.

Simple room with some great food downstairs 👍🏼

Location was good and the food downstairs in the pub was absolutely amazing. If you’re just looking for a simple, no frills room for the night and somewhere to rest your head then I would definitely recommend it. Comfortable bed, clean bathroom and a tv.. if that’s all you need (as we did) then this is for you. I’d definitely stay here again next time we come through town.

Handy location for trip through to Gold Coast

There was no hot water had to have cold shower. Also parking was on gravel surface and potholes were full of water

The food was excellent at the hotel and Dan the day manager was so nice he was exceptional treating us so well and also was very professional . Due to the way we were treated we would go back again

Cheap enough but could be far better appointed

Size of the room.

No crockery other than a few mugs . No cutlery other than a few disposable teaspoons. No tissues , toiletries or hair-dryer. Donna was ripped in several places. One spare blanket but 4 beds. Dust on nearly all surfaces. Noisy due to music and such at the hotel. Balcony had not been cleaned in a very long time. Microwave in room but nothing to put heated food on or eat with. Very steep stairs.

There wasnt a spot for us to park when we arrived, was a stain on one of the single beds, shower curtain had white stains on it, and room wasn't preheated when we arrived (multiple motels and hotels usually have their rooms preheated prior to us coming in)

Grungy and overpriced

Friendly staff Enjoyed the food and alcohol

Well ... stench of room 5. The cigarette butts in ashtray on balcony. Iced up freezer section of fridge, no room to put anything in freezer. Worn beds, opening door to toilet latch hits light switch. Dirty carpet. Charged $149 for a below average room.
