Evening as well as breakfast dining was good & the staff went out of their way to provide for my rapeseed allergy via my pre-ordering a dish from the dinner menu. The bed was exceptionally comfortable and everything very clean. Parking was ample with security cameras. Nice quiet neighbourhood in pleasant village and yet handy for main road trasnport.
My only negative was that the rooms are all bungalow/ground floor and mine faced a gravelled public driveway to an overflow pub car park. The noise and pollution from cars passing and people on gravel close to the window meant that I felt I could not open my windows for fresh air or open my curtains for being overlooked. However there was an air conditioning/heating unit in the room so I could have used that with the windows and curtains closed.

for a family room it was small , camp bed was very uncomfortable for my child ,with sofa bed out and camp bed , could not use anything in the room, wardrobe, dressing table . there was a green light shining all night in the room which was bright , room felt stuffy all the time , we just had the patio doors open for air which helped

The annex rooms were very good, short walk from bar and restaurant.Massive comfortable bed, waterfall shower.
The fire exit light above room entrance door was green and very bright.Blackout eye covers were provided but it did still affect your sleep.

Loved this place!!! beautiful rooms nice & comfortable at the back of a lovely country pub.
Staff were nice & friendly & food & breakfast was top draw.
Very close to the polar express in Dereham.
Beats a big hotel chain all day long.
Thanks for a lovely stay.
Fan in bathroom not strong enough to take the steam out so everywhere was wet once family had showers in the bathroom and floor quite slippery as a result.

Good location for UEA. Friendly staff. Comfortable bed. Great breakfast.
Starters at dinner were delicious. My sons fish main was excellent. Steak was okay but not worth £27, it wasn’t dry but it wasn’t succulent either not sure why this is.

I stayed with my kids just one night, but they wanted to stay more. The room was perfect for all three of us. Bathroom very clean. We had a nice dinner at the pub, the staff founded a table for us even though everything was fully booked. Nice food, nice place with nice people. Thank you for a great weekend.

I loved the bed! It was SO comfortable, and the pub and whole village is just beautiful!
Nothing - I loved everything, wish we could have stayed for longer.

Very good breakfast
WiFi in the room was not good

Quiet location. Don't like busy, noisy hotel chains, so the Honingham Buck is perfect, with a small number of rooms and nicely presented. Evening meal food is excellent.
There was a bit of mould at the edges of the walls in the bathroom. Probably because the door needs to be kept shut during showering, so it leaves a bit of damp on the bathroom walls.

We loved the lovely little village and the look of the rooms from the outside and especially the huge comfortable bed.
Not cleaned properly, dirty skirting boards and carpet, sweets and wrappers underneath bedside draws, hanging pictures dirty, really needs a good clean.
En-suite needed updating, shower mouldy.
Clearly showing signs of water from shower coming through into the bedroom wall where tv is.
6.0
That it was able to be accessed externally.
The Shower didn’t drain. Waitress in the morning was pleasant at breakfast but needs to be more informed on allergies. I wasn’t confident she was aware of the seriousness of them when taking the order and reporting back to the kitchen.

Its in a nice little village. The food is good, both Dinner and Breakfast. The rooms are modern, clean and comfortable. I do recommend the Honingham Buck to colleagues etc as a good place to stay near our office

Our second stay at this beautiful place. Recommended to friends, who also stayed the same weekend, and were just as impressed! Food in the restaurant is exceptional! Accommodation is plush, yet homely with everything you need and the bed is sooooo comfy! Lovely village to walk round too.
Having to leave!

Everything was fine, staff were attentive and should you need anything out of the ordinary they would do their best to help.
I would have liked a safety handle on the wall of the shower as when you get to advanced years it is reassuring.

Everything about this property was excellent quality. Lovely bed linen, comfortable bed (super king), lovely towels and food in the restaurant / breakfast was excellent quality too. Would definitely stay hear again.
I did find the shower cubicle a bit unpleasant in the terms of mouldy sealant. We also had 2 spiders inhabit the corners of the bathroom which wasn’t great.
