We loved the location by the sea and a short walk from the CBD. We liked the open layout of the public spaces allowing fresh air to circulate, the pool, the breakfast and the friendly staff. ….we were known by name !!!Cleanliness was important..Staff were always cleaning and keeping everything tidy.
A wider variety of meals would have been appreciated during the length of our stay.

The staff at the bar and restaurant were awesome that was the best part.
I had to check in 3 of my families, and that 3 different check in waiting time was between 1-2hrs as rooms weren’t ready

Big rooms, with big bathrooms, in a great location for the capital - short walk to restaurants and most office buildings. Nice breakfast and good restaurant/bar on site. Good location for a morning walk along the sea front as well. Hotel also does a paid return shuttle services to the airport.
The location is noisy. The free Wi-Fi is limited but there is an option to pay for a faster product, with more download capacity - was okay for simple emails but is slow.

I did enjoy the buffet breakfast, that was perhaps the highlight. The hotel manager let us check out a couple of hours later which was really nice of them.
Didn't get the room I booked. Was asked to stay in the room given till the following day but then was told the following day, they were not ready. In the end the room I got did have the larger bed I requested but the balcony view was crap, couldn't see the pool or anything other than the roof of the building. It wasn't what I had booked through booking.com.
I was overcharged over double the amount (young receptionist acknowledged the mistake - she was stressed or something at the time). Couldn't access fresh towels daily, was told to wait until they washed them first. Was offered dinner or reimbursement for my dinner at one of the resorts as a kind gesture by the hotel manager to make up for my sad birthday experience and it never happened, in the end I left and insisted they email me confirmation of the money owing that was taken from my credit card and I did get the money back a week or two when I arrived home however was still over charged $200.

loved the swimming pool and lovely air conditioning in the rooms
very expensive for what is offered, shower was either super hot or super cold, need lamps to make cosier, there was renovations going on so restaurant food was limited and couldn’t have guests over to enjoy a meal by the pool, cockroach’s in the bathroom

central to town. nice pool. helpful staff.
not too bad as they recover from zero tourism but they need to pay more attention to detail. bathroom door was sticking and difficult to open. toilet roll holder was no longer in wall. only 2 x water bottles in fridge. I had to buy more to avoid dehydration in the heat. other tourists will be similar. they need to get their maintenance finished before the international tourists come back
