About this cabin rental

Bearly-A-Care is a real log cabin, it has 3 floors, each floor has a deck to take in the views, each floor also have a master suite on each. The bedroom also have wall mounted flat screen cable TV's and Wi-Fi through out the cabin. Try your skill at pool, air Hockey or foosball .You can also play 60 of the 1980's arcade games you love at a sit down table or a Playstation. Or just relax, take in the quality time with your family and friends, kick off your shoes and stay awhile. Whatever you do just have fun! Pet Friendly with fee, if you need to add a 2nd pet please email me after booking.

We had a great stay with our family of 5, 4 adults and one pre-teen. The house is in a great location, right between Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge and less than 15 minutes to either. Very close to the main entrance to the National Park. The views are amazing and we saw the fireworks at Dollywood every night. We all had a great time with the pool table, foosball and air hockey. We all enjoyed the hot tub. The house is very clean and has all of the conveniences you would want or need. Keurig, regular coffee maker and plenty of towels, Enough supplies to get you started for your stay; garbage bags, dishwasher detergent, toilet paper, spices and soap. Love that each of the rooms have king size beds, jetted tubs and full baths. No arguments over who sleeps where, as all bedrooms are equally nice. Would definitely recommend this to family and friends.

Wanted a quiet place in mountains and this was it. Would rent again for sure. Quick response to questions etc No issues at cabin - everything worked. Got to see bears several days and a raccoon so definitely a place in the woods if that’s what you are looking for.

Our group of 6 had a fantastic time in Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge, certainly based on all the things to do and see in the area, but also due to the amazing mountain views and amenities at Bearly-A-Care! Property owner Bill was very responsive including putting every effort and after- hours time into attempting to solve a minor issue during our stay. Location was ideal whether spending time in Gatlinburg or Pigeon Forge during the day and offered quiet and privacy for downtime away from the heavy tourist traffic. Highly recommend for families or couples visiting the area!

We had an outstanding stay here in the area. The views are beautiful, and this home was as advertised. We were grateful for the host calling us when we were close to check-in time and advising us of a road to avoid on our navigation app on our way up to the cabin. It was great having three masters on each of the three levels in a really quiet area. The location was convenient because we were about 4 miles from Gatlinburg and 4 miles from Pigeon Forge, so it was easy to get to our activities. The white water rafting was about an hour away, but everything else was within 20 minutes. We enjoyed going fly fishing with a local guide, playing Hillbilly Golf and visiting Anakeesta at the top of the mountain. We’d highly recommend this home for your visit to the area.

Spectacular views! Location was perfect. Just far enough away to really experience the mountain feel but close enough to town to enjoy the amenities in Pigeon Forge or Gatlinburg. Plenty of space for our family of 5 plus my grandparents. We will definitely be back soon!

A fabulous cabin with a fantastic view. All the amenties you would ever need to enjoy the perfect stay. Just the right amount of bear related items and with an extremely cosy feel. Ideal location to ve away from the hustle and bustle of the towns but close enough to be in either Pigeon Forge or Gatlinburg within 10 minutes or so. Parts of the road up to the cabin are very steep and windy so glad we had an SUV but no real issue - all added to the experience. Would have liked there to have been a safe in the cabin, but again no real issue. Overall a perfect stay and we would definitely book again if we returned to the area. A credit to the owners.

2nd time for me staying at this property, and had no hesitation suggesting it to friends. We had a great time, loved the property. Even the sometimes stormy weather lent charm to this cabin stay. Host was very approachable as we chatted sometimes for no particular reason lol. Great place highly recommend! Hope to return soon

From the communication prior to check in to the beautiful Mountain View’s this gem was worth it! We loved the location and the cabin was perfect for my family of 4 and my brother and SIL and their toddler! The hot tub was fun for everyone! Best part is the views high up in the mountains!

We had plenty of room. The cabin is very nice. It was in a good location. If you don’t like driving way up the hill this might be a problem. We had no issues with it. Loved the views. All five of us were very happy about all the cabin had to offer. I would stay there again. Thanks

The cabin was beautiful and the way up to the cabin wasn’t to bad , i liked that we had privacy and weren’t to close to the other cabins. The view was amazing you could see pigeon forge from the balcony. There was plenty of games to play which kept us entertained while we stayed in during the winter storm.

Walking into the house we were met with a view through the far windows that took my breath away. We loved everything about the house but that view will beckon me back again and again. Fall is a beautiful time of year and the house was decorated to complement the season. The owners understand attention to detail. Such a comfortable home. We enjoyed every minute.

The drive up is crazy, but we loved it. The property was filled with everything you would need. All was clean and comfortable. Would love to be there in the winter. We got to see a momma bear and two cubs right out in the driveway, was the perfect finish to a perfect week. Didn't want to leave.

This house worked perfectly for our family trip. The three master bedrooms were exactly what we needed. The place was clean, and stocked with any dishes and cooking utensils we needed. The location was great for going to Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge, and the drive wasn't bad at all (some of the reviews make it seem really sketchy, but we had zero problems!) Loved the views off the balconies!

This is our second time staying here and will not be our last. The views are absolutely unbeatable. The home is very clean and well stocked with all the kitchen essentials. Beds are comfortable. You can't beat watching the Dollywood fireworks from the hot tub on the porch! The location is close to both Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. Our family had a wonderful time.

The property was clean and beautiful. It was much larger than the pictures portray. The views are to die for. We saw a bear twice, turkeys, and some turtles. The property fit 6 adults, 2 teens, and a baby very comfortably, the owners are very attentive. You can see the Dollywood fireworks from the hot tub every night. The only negative is it is up a literal mountain, we had no issues in the summer but it could definitely be treacherous in the winter, but that’s why there is such a great view. Other than the travel up the mountain, the location was central and you can be on the strip in either pigeon forge or gatlinburg in 10 minutes. My husband is a motorcyclist and was able to ride the tail of the dragon and had the time of his life Highly recommend this house Would definitely book and stay again

We had an Amazing stay at Beary Cabin the view was superb. We got to sit in the hot tub on the deck and watch the nite time firework show at Dollywood every nite. Beautiful view of Pigeon Forge "The Island' as well. We did come across a black bear twice during our stay while walking the dogs. We went one way and with a few loud hollers the bear went another way. If you choose to stay in this cabin make sure you follow Bill's directions. I made the mistake once and ONLY ONCE of going up the steep hill. It was an enjoyable stay for the family and we were within minutes of Smokies and trail hiking and the other way within 10 minutes was everything you'd like to see in Pigeon Forge Thank you so much Bill. PS game room downstairs was perfect for the one day it rained and kept Us all inside.

Great vacation! The property is accurately described in the listing. Fun things for kids to do right in the house. It was nice that the owners allowed our two elderly but large dogs. We saw a black bear one day on our visit through the window, which was quite exciting. Also could faintly hear the Dollywood steam train whistles. Could make it to Pigeon Forge or Gatlinburg proper in maybe 10-15 minutes. Would question whether property was reliably accessible during winter weather, even with 4-wheel drive or chains, as it would depend on how quickly/efficiently roads were cleared, but we traveled in the summer so this was not an issue. Very likely would attempt to return here on our next visit to the area! Great vacation experience!

We enjoyed our stay. The view was amazing. The cabin was very nice and worked well for us. We had four generations and everyone enjoyed themselves. It was clean and neat. There were a few cobwebs in the bedroom, but easy to clean and expected... after all, it is a cabin in the woods. The owners were great and even brought us a new grill to use while we were there. We highly recommend this cabin. The road to the cabin was also in good condition.
