Thankful for affordable facilities to help the budget.

good location, close to places that suited our plans, clean, cosy facilities.

the only concern is ... are the beds - only suitable for a dog, no comfort, left us feeling the next morning that we had no sleep. - they were either too hard, double bed felt the springs are gone. - best to upgrade with newer beds with much better comfort.

The price.the facilities.the cleanliness. the comfy bed.

There is no window.Only a skylight high up in the ceiling. Therefore a tad claustrophobic.

We thoroughly enjoyed the stay and would definitely book again.

As we were not arriving until later in the night. The office staff were considerate enough to put the air con on to warm the room during winter, so we walked into a cozy comfortable room. The apartments are behind a shopping centre we found them considerable quiet and private over the long weekend.

There was parking however not enough.

I would recommend this place as extreme value for money.

I would like to say that this place really surprised me. All very comfy for a studio apartment. Staff were great.

Perfect little studio apartment!

Everything! We were cheerfully greeted at the door, shown around own little studio accommodation and provided with local insight of the best places to eat in town. Very well equipped and exceptionally clean accommodation. Perfect!

Perfectly adequate if you just need a sleep, and a shower. Nice and clean

No ventilation and the air-conditioning did not work. We baked and it was cool outside. Had to leave the door open all night. No staff available on site. No room for luggage. Regret not paying more for a good night's sleep

Excellent overnight stop.

A little bit out of town and tricky to find. But the staff were great and the room was clean and welcoming. Easy walk to a morning coffee.

Value for money not too far from town centre. We would just have liked to be able to see out out.

The room whilst spotlessly clean is a little overcrowded with furniture. The kitchen area is very well equipped with all you could want. Alas there was only one small window very high up which one could not open . This meant that we had to use the air con to keep fresh air. The The young man looking after the unit was most helpful

Because of the lack of windows unit was dark although there were lights. No where to sit outside.

Good value accommodation in lovely Armidale NSW.

Got a room online at short notice and on arrival, had a warm and friendly greeting even though we checked in later than planned. Great cosy room with much more amenity than we needed including microwave, stove top, washer-dryer, small dining table. Aircon most welcome, great comfy bed and shower. Very quiet, with safe parking. Very good value and would stay again. Armidale is a beautiful town and worth spending time in and around.

Would have liked to have a security chain on the door of our room (an easy fix).
