Location was incredible! Pool was nice and never crowded. Often had it to ourselves. Beach is right down the stairs and great place to hang out. Chairs and umbrellas available for rent, or plenty of room for you to set up your own. Many very good restaurants nearby. Although you do really need a car to get to more than a couple. Balcony is huge and gorgeous views.
There was some hair and sand in the property when we got there. They did clean daily, I think it’s just really hard to keep those surfaces totally clean. There was also some maintenance that could be done- electrical tape on the hair dryer and pipes exposed where utilities were moved. But overall these were very small things. We would definitely stay there again and again!!!

What a memorable stay! The hostess was attentive, accommodating and went the extra mile to make our stay comfortable and relaxing. We loved the quiet location and beautiful views. The pool was an oasis throughout and a short walk to a quiet and beautiful beach when we felt like it. I feel we found a little treasure trove amongst all the options in Kefalonia and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this destination to friends and family. All in all the most wonderful stay made that extra magical by a wonderful host and serene location.
Just beware taxis are expensive at 20 euros for most adventures as taxis are based in Argostoli. But! Be smart and use local buses which aren’t as flexible on the times but are available.

I liked the positon
It smelt as fungus after the rain. Demp walls, humid wardrobes.
Used and dirty crockery.
The sea was very far away and many steps to descent, not near the sea as promised.
Very stiff and tough owner.

loved the set up - access to lovely beach and a
great pool. So quiet and great for a family of 4.
The kitchen was a bit dangerous for toddlers ie
oven stayed warm for a long time and the toaster
was a bit old and sparky! The main bed was so squeaky
too!

Loved the location. Was great being able to walk to a beach in a few mins when we fancied a swim in the sea instead of the pool. The pool was great. We had it to ourselves most days, but as you are only sharing it with a few other villas, the times when we shared it we weren’t sharing it with many people and the people we met from the other villas were lovely. The villa itself was great, nice outdoor terrace, everything you need in the kitchen, big wardrobes in the bedrooms and really liked having two bathrooms (one for us one for the kids). Supermarkets and restaurants nearby (either by car or by foot). Great location as a base to explore Kefalonia. We had a car and went everywhere and did it all as days trips and never felt rushed.
Could have been a bit more cutlery but that’s being very picky!

More advice than dislikes...
- The shower pressure is very low but understandable due to location.
- The toilet (WC) cistern refill runs for ages!
- Salt, Pepper and Oil would be great to have.
- Beach towels would be a massive plus.

Fabulous location right on the coast. Uninterrupted views. Close to the airport. A short walk from local tavernas and supermarkets. Steps dow to the beach directly from the property. Lovely pool.
