Buena y agradable

Casa amplia bien acondicionada y limpia. Buena terraza para disfrutar. Lavadora secadora imprescindible por la localización fuera del núcleo urbano. Dispone de aspirador imprescindible para una media estancia. Baño grande

La ropa de casa necesita alguna actualización. El equipo de limpieza realizaba la limpieza de las casas utilizadas en un tiempo demasiado corto para garantizar una auténtica limpieza.

A very pleasant, beautiful, equipped house. The view is beautiful.

The bunk bed in the room is very uncomfortable and squeaky. It is very strange for Norwegian accommodation that the bed cover is not included in the price.

I wont recommend this place to anyone.

It was snowing heavily and the approach to the apartment was covered with heavy snow. there wasnt a snow shovel nearby and we literally had to push our kid to the first floor through rails to fetch a snow shovel that was visible upstairs. No covered parking and the instructions to find the parking were not clear either. the reception is 30min away for any help to reach you on time.

With some minor tweaks I would gladly come back for a full week, or more - with a washer :)

The cottage was incredibly cozy, spacious, and nestled peacefully in the woods. The views are amazing! For an extra fee one can order wood and further up the coziness factor.

The kitchen lacked a microwave and a toaster. Bathroom shower needs a bit of maintenance. The cabin could use some better lighting and a few extra switches.

quite nice New Apartament

after booking we saw in “important information” that we have to pay cleaning fee. we were staying for one night and cleaning fee doubled the payment for one night. and even if you pay cleaning fee you have to do a lot of stuff by yourself. there is whole book of rules and instructions. bathroom smelled like raccoon died in there few months ago:(

Spacious and cosy living room with kitchen. Big kitchen table, all needed kitchen equipment. Sleeping rooms not so big, but fine for the family. Amazing views through the windows. Enjoyed the stay overall!

This is not a hotel

The place is very nice, we were comfortable during our stay. It has everything you need for cooking and to have a pleasant stay.

After we arrived at the property we realised that the check-in was back in the town so we had to drive back, definitely not the best experience after driving for a full day. We stayed for 3 nights at the property and it only had 2 toilet paper rolls. When I contacted the staff they said that they only provide 2 per stay.

very dissapointing stay - dirty and looking old

nice big windows (thoug dirrty) and view to the river.

it was really dirrty! beds were with huge stains with different colours… kitchen was dirrty, bedrooms were dirrty.. the cleaning woman came irritated that she has to clean, but she just put the bedaheets and did not clean anything additionally.. very poor communication with the owners. the appartment in reality looks old and not looked after. it was dirrty even outside! the empty bottles were just laying next to the appartment. very disappointing.

Shower hose was broken - leaking water strongly. Terrace full of snow - had to clean old snow for 30 min to get access to terrace.

There was no wardrobe or space to put Your luggage inside. House was very small.

The localisation is nice. Very big advantage was that there were speakers inside. In most of the hotels You dont have speakers to listen to Your music. House isquite modern. Kitchen is fully equiped. No problems with the host.

Nice and large apartment. Friendly support by phone.

The never ending chain of automated messages via e-mail before, during and after our stay. An enormous focus on house rules and how you will be punished. The welcome guide, is not a welcome guide. It's pages full of rules, rules and other rules. And the endless warnings that you will be charged for not following them. Not something you feel welcomed by. We had the complete opposite experience with our 5 other venues in Norway, where guests were welcomed more in an "enjoy-your-stay" atmosphere, rather than this "threatening" approach.

Nice chalet building with all amenities.

Very easy by using door code - in principal no need to meet anyone to show us the place. Good house manual and signs to make us aware of the most important things. Mountain view and all in all a great place to relax.

We selected to clean after ourselves, and then a deposit was required - however that was not handled by Booking.com, so we had to visit Visit Stranda to authorize credit card for this reservation. Not a big problem since they were open late in evening - but perhaps that could have been more automatic. Would also have been good if they told us that Google will not guide us correctly to address, as a new road is used for access is still not on the Google map).

Was very cold in side. Electric oven not work. On sofa was water it was wet. Outside was not clean stairs. On stairs was ice.
