A highly recomended place for visiting Cordoba

The attic apartment has a large private terrace with comfy chairs, a lot of plants and intimacy. You can sit there in the fresh air of the evening and enjoy a drink. Manuel was very helpful and recomended the best places to eat nearby

I suggest an improvment of the kitchen facility where for those who are staying 1-2 nights, a coffe/tea, sugar/salt would be helpful. Saturday and Sunday most of the groceries are closed and also some of the restaurants in the area closes in the afternoon

Amazing location, nice staff, great apartment

Very flexible and friendly host, nice location, cozy apartment! We appreciated a lot that they allowed us to change the dates of the stay because we accidentally booked a day more. Even maps were provided on the spot and the host explained where we find the nicest spots and restaurants in the city.

Very nice stay!

Everything was fine: The flat, the area, the communication with the owner (very nice and helpful) and we found a perfect parking place 1 min away. We really liked it!

Clean spaces very well equipped apartment in good location. Very friendly and helpful host.

The host was lovely and went out of his way to meet us and show us around. He also gave us good recommendations regarding restaurants and places to visit. Would highly recommend this apartment

Good, but needs a little tweaking

Very clean, good size and modern apartment.

Lots of road noise and requiring ear plugs to sleep. No kettle, so had to boil water in a pan. The lighting is very bright in the evening, so maybe a couple more floor lamps would help.

We enjoyed Cordoba and our overall experience is very positive.

The host was very helpful, although we didn't speak any Spanish he did his best to communicate with us. He booked a parking for us which was next door, for 14 euro per day. The place is well located, easy to walk to the historic center.

For 4 people the apartment is a bit inconvenient as the bathroom and the toilet could be reached only going through the main bedroom. Also, it was a little noisy and could here all the neighbours coming back home at night. It seemed that most of the flats in the building have been given for renting.

The best stay ever

Everything was so perfect, that I don’t know what to say first. The owner was waiting for us in the evening, he took us for a town visit, we had some wine together, we discussed many things, very pleasant memories for this accommodation. 100% recommendations 14eur / day private parking next to apartment. But for some small effort, there are also public free parking areas not far away.

I would recommend this place to anyone who visits Cordoba!

First of all, may I say this is the greatest place in Spain we've stayed. On the day before arrival the host called us to let him know at what time we are arriving the next day so he can meet us on spot. Manolo (the host) was super welcoming, gave us a map of the city explaining what is worth visiting and how to get there, also explained how everything in the apartment worked. He said we can text or call him 24/7 if there is anything we want to ask or if we have a problem which was super nice. The apartment is really spacious, clean, has absolutely everything you may need during your stay from iron to washing machine, hairdryer and so on. On a quiet street, no noises at night, close to a bus stop. We are so thankful for everything!

The only thing which can be a downside is that the walking distance to the center is like 20 minutes. Which for us was not even a problem, but you can have it in mind.

Good location. Easy to park nearby in a free parking zone. Friendly staff. Apartment equipped with everything you need. (Dish washer, washing machine, oven, microwave...)

Bad sound isolation. As we stayed on the floor apartment the sound of the cars passing on the road was quite disturbing during the night time.
