The Villa at North Beach is the perfect base for relaxation on South Florida’s beautiful Atlantic Coast. Enjoy the comfort of this new and elegant beach house, thoughtfully equipped for the perfect beach vacation!
With over 4,500 square feet of indoor and outdoor living space, staying at the Villa is like having your own, private boutique hotel (the home even has an elevator), with room for everyone to come together and also enjoy their own privacy, in casually chic coastal surroundings.
The fourth floor terrace is your own rooftop oasis, with beautiful views of the ocean and of the Intracoastal Waterway. You can watch the sun rise over the Atlantic and set over the Intracoastal, while lounging on your terrace or in your private plunge pool, drink in hand. You can lounge by the pool on comfortable furniture, in the sun or shade, grabbing a drink from the nearby beverage center whenever you need one, and rinsing off in the outdoor shower. . The terrace also has comfortable furniture for dining under the sun or stars, and a large Weber gas grill.
Just a few steps from your front door, you can enjoy the white sand and turquoise waters of Hollywood’s secluded North Beach, with lifeguards on duty during the daytime and a beach shower to rinse off. The house comes equipped with everything you need to enjoy the beach, including beach chairs, towels, parasols, cooler bags, boogie boards, beach toys, plus a beach cart to carry it all.
With four bedrooms on two floors, the house is perfect for either four couples or two families to share. Each of the first floor bedrooms can be set up with either a king bed, or two twin beds, depending on the needs of your group. These two first floor bedrooms share a full bathroom with a large walk-in shower. On the second floor are two spacious and luxurious master suites, one on the north side of the house, and one on the south. Each master has a walk-in closet, 60-inch television, and ensuite bathroom, with a spacious vanity, featuring double sinks, deep soaker tub, and large walk-in shower. The south facing master has its own balcony.
The street is quiet and the home is cool and comfortable -- you will sleep like a baby on the new, high-end mattresses. Each bed is made-up with high quality linens, including crisp, cool percale sheets by Frette.
The Villa boasts indoor and outdoor living and entertaining spaces located on the third floor and on the fourth floor terrace.
On the third floor, you will enjoy the open floor plan, with kitchen, living room and dining room sharing one expansive, sunny area, while the office and media room occupy the north side of the house.
The kitchen is a cook's dream. It has an enormous granite topped island, where you will find yourself gathering to enjoy drinks or snacks, and conversing while meals are being prepared on the top-end appliances (Wolf, Sub-Zero, Bosch). The dining room table expands to comfortably accommodate your family and friends. There is also a balcony where you can sit and enjoy your morning coffee in the shade, and watch the sun dance on the waves. The living room is welcoming, with room for the whole family to gather. It features a casual coastal décor and comfortable high-end furnishings from Restoration Hardware.
Want to unwind and watch a movie or sports? The media room has an 80-inch Smart HD TV with Hulu and a large sectional that transforms into a family-scaled lounger. Need to keep in touch with work? There is WIFI, and a home office with a printer. Want to reconnect with the family? There are board games, cards and puzzles at the Villa for your enjoyment.
The house is air-conditioned and has ceiling fans in the bedrooms and main living spaces. There is a laundry room – with a washer, dryer, ironing board and clothes steamer at your disposal, you may not need to pack much!

My family and I were so excited to visit South Florida for a trip celebrating graduations, but our trip was made so much better by staying at this gorgeous property!
Words can't describe how beautiful it is, how perfect the location is, and how hospitable the hosts are. We were a family of 5, we had more than enough room, and anything we could have ever needed was provided!
The home was spotless when we arrived, the beds were comfortable, there were more than enough TV's with many viewing options, everything you needed to visit the beach is there (which is merely steps away) - you honestly just need to show up and expect to have a terrific vacation!
Alexandra has thought of every imaginable detail to make you and your family feel at home.
The home is stunning and appointed so well! The rooftop area complete with a pool, offers water views including the ocean, that are second to none.
The process from inquiry to ultimate booking was seamless and Alexandra was so responsive throughout it all. She offered suggestions on what to do in the area and was always available to answer any questions.
Don't even think twice about whether to book this gem of a home. I am so grateful we made the decision to stay here!
Our family had a wonderful time and none of us wanted to leave. We sincerely hope to visit again soon!!

My recent stay at this incredible beach house in Ft Lauderdale was nothing short of spectacular! The house spans four stories and features a beautiful elevator, making it easy to navigate between floors. The interior is spacious, with plenty of room to sleep comfortably. The beds were especially comfortable, ensuring a good night’s rest after long days at the beach.
The highlight of the house is undoubtedly the rooftop deck. This is the ultimate spot to hang out, offering stunning views that are perfect for relaxing or entertaining. It’s only a few steps away from a serene beach, which is surprisingly uncrowded, providing plenty of room to lay out and soak up the sun.
This house is equipped with everything you could possibly need and more. From kitchen essentials to beach gear, it has all the conveniences of home. The owner is very friendly, and the manager is available 24/7, providing peace of mind should anything arise during your stay.
Overall, this beach house deserves an A++ rating. I will definitely be returning to this fantastic place in the future. Highly recommended!

We chose this house for our family vacation and couldn’t have been happier. From the beginning our host Alexandra was available to help us and give us area suggestions. Throughout our vacation she was always quick to reply. The house was absolutely beautiful and clean and was in a perfect location to the beach. The outdoor roof top pool was an added bonus that was used daily. We would definitely consider visiting again!

The location and layout of of this well-appointed and beautifully-maintained property made it a perfect place for some of our family to stay when we were in town to celebrate my mother's 90th birthday. She lives in the area and was able to visit her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren in comfort thanks to the elevator, 1/2 block walk to the beach and roof-top pool. The home is well built with 4 well-sized private bedrooms situated far enough from one another to keep noise levels down. It features expansive baths, high ceilings, lots of light and tasteful decor. It also feels homey and warm. There was a separate lounging area in which the young kids could mellow out and watch videos while their parents relaxed just around the corner. Absolutely perfect!
The owners have stocked their abode with items for persons of all ages to enjoy the pool, beach and exceptional kitchen. Their rooftop area also has a grill, dining area and a much appreciated shaded seating area. Their home is clean and safe. The neighborhood beaches, streets and pathways are also well-maintained and patrolled by the local authorities. Neighbors are friendly. The owners are communicative and committed to keeping their home in prime shape. Many shopping and dining options are located within a few miles of this outstanding home.

This was the perfect house and location for our family vacation. We stayed 7 nights but could have easily stayed longer.
There are so many things to do in and around Hollywood and this house is in a convenient location. The house is beautifully decorated and extremely comfortable with no detail left out. Alexandra, our hostess, has thought of everything, right down to all the supplies you need at the beach
My teenage daughters and I enjoyed going for bike rides to the Boardwalk. My husband and son loved going fishing off the local pier, and we all loved the local restaurants. Everything is only a short walk or bike ride away.
Alexandra was so pleasant and helpful. She gave us so many great recommendations for what to do in the area. She made this experience a great one.
We already miss waking up early to watch the sunrise from the rooftop deck. We hope to come back again soon. Thank-you for the incredible experience.

What a perfect vacation, Alexandra is an amazing host and the house is beautiful. Even more beautiful and more spacious than the pictures and that is a rarity! We loved being steps from the beach, having chairs, umbrellas, and coolers right at the house made our beach trips extra easy. The boardwalk is also steps away, take a walk or you can ride the bikes left for you and in about 10-15 min be right in hollywood beach downtown area. We enjoyed the quiet area of this home and were easily able to get Ubers to and from the airport and to the downtown area as well. There are a few places to eat within walking distance and tiki tiki became a fast happy hour favorite. The rooftop made for another beautiful space to enjoy. Ocean view, plunge pool, lounge chairs and dining table were all put to good use especially in the mornings and afternoon. The house is well stocked, beds were very comfortable, host was extremely responsive, easy check in, luxury everything in this home. There is so much space to enjoy, I would absolutely recommend this wether you are a family or a group getting away together this vacation home leaves nothing to be desired as they have truly done it all for you. Just show up and enjoy!!

We stayed in this amazing beach villa with our adult children and their partners for 6 nights. The house is so amazing that I could have just stayed in everyday enjoying the spacious and very tastefully decorated home and roof top terrace. The kitchen and main room are so spacious and we enjoyed catching up and playing board games. Everyone felt pampered and had a beautiful time.
So much attention to detail has been put into every element of this house and it is equipped with all you could ever need. The beach is steps away and is out of this world, peaceful, clean and goes on forever. The more lively Hollywood beach is a pleasant walk away and we enjoyed making our way out there on occasion, to enjoy the lively scene there. There truly was something for everyone.

My husband and I have stayed in dozens of luxury rentals around the world. This property is one of the nicest we have ever rented. It is beautifully decorated. It has a gorgeous kitchen, and the beds are very comfortable. The bathrooms are top notch. It is fully equipped with everything you could possibly need. Alexandra is a pleasure to work with. We absolutely LOVED every minute of our stay. What you see in the photos doesn’t even do it justice. The home was clean and just so cozy! Perfectly set up for families. Space for everyone to have some quiet time but also space to enjoy each other’s company. Spent many night just hanging out playing games in the open kitchen and living room and a few on the roof top just enjoying the view. We took our kids, nieces and nephews not one complaint and that’s a hard task with teenagers and a pre teen!! We are a beach family so it was trips multiple times daily. Having the convenience of everything in the home and a short distance to walk was perfection. It’s very peaceful location as well. Not crowded at all!! For sure will be visiting again.

Our family stayed at this fabulous home in a nice, quiet neighborhood with 6 adults (my husband and I, 2 adult children, their spouses), and grandchildren (toddler and baby). This home had everything that we needed including several baby items such as pack-n-play, high chair, feeding utensils, and baby toys. The baby supplies were one of the main reasons we selected this home. My daughter did rent a few items from BabyAway that was delivered such as car seats, bed rails and a play mat. We found this home to be incredibly clean and beautifully decorated. The kitchen was well stocked with whatever you would need. We used the slow cooker, which was a nice bonus, a couple of times and the coffee pot each morning. Most of our other meals we either ordered Door Dash, dined out at GG's and the 15th St. Fishery in Fort Lauderdale(20 min drive). The beach is just a 2-3 minute walk which was very easy with a baby and toddler. We have family that live 5 minutes away so we were able to spend each day visiting with them on the beach. I do have to say that the beach is very nice, however the week we were there the entire area had sargassum washed up on shore. We have experienced this during several other vacations in the Caribbean and there is nothing you can do about it. This property had all the beach chairs, 2 umbrellas, toys, towels and a cart. The pool area was also clean and relaxing in the afternoon. This house has it all! We would highly recommend this home!

I can’t say enough about this property! Amazing location just steps from the beach and a short drive to Miami! Our group was two parents and four adult children (two sons, one daughter in law and one daughter) and we could not have had a better home away from home…from having a drink and catching up with each other in the rooftop pool to movie night with comfortable room for everyone to relax to the little office area to take care of some needed business during our stay. Very comfortable bedrooms with space enough for everyone to stretch out, within walking distance of some delicious places to eat. Sit on the balcony and enjoy your morning coffee and relax within view of the ocean. Easy booking process, communicative host who will not only walk you through everything, but provided a list of some things to do/places to eat. Highly recommended location/host!

We rented this property with some friends during the Miami Grand Prix (Formula 1 race). This area is really such a hidden gem. I used to live in south Florida and everywhere is so crowded. This is the opposite. It's quiet, steps to the beach. No traffic in the local area. Great restaurants nearby. Was a perfect place to stay for the F1 race with an easy commute to the stadium/track. The house itself is pure luxury. The rooftop is such a beautiful and relaxing place. Owners were wonderful and accommodating. We would absolutely love to stay in this place on our next visit.

Absolutely perfect!
Alexandra is an amazing host! Her home is gorgeous! Everything you need for vacation is there. We love to cook, everything was there. She was so gracious and very easy to communicate with. The property is an easy walk to the beach, the boardwalk is a short walk, some might enjoy the bikes more than walking. Ton of things to do or just enjoy the pool and roof top too! The house comfortably held all 8 of us. It’s in a beautiful location… beach views from the balconies and rooftop. Steps from the beach or inter coastal. Very nice multipurpose trail just a few steps from the front door. So much to do and see. The house is perfect for your southern FL getaway!!

Exceptional experience
Cannot say enough positive things about this property, the owner, and all of the amenities and accommodations. Instructions upon check in were easy, the home is gorgeous and very well appointed - from the outdoor chairs and parasols along with the beach cart, towels, and coolers, to the kitchen (even had a ninja blender for our smoothies and a frother for cappuccinos) and all points in between. Bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious, exceptionally clean and comfortable. Rooftop pool was amazing, especially at night being able to see 360°. Area was convenient, including restaurants, jogging paths, grocery stores, and despite being close to a public beach, felt very private as we were the only ones on the beach for a few hundred yards!
The owner was in constant contact, communicating issues with Wi-Fi and working remotely to remedy the situation with the internet provider. I wish every vacation experience we have had was like this one!

The photos don’t do this home justice! Everything about it is fabulous! The decor was beautiful, the bedding and beds fabulous- the whole place was outfitted to the nines! There were a dozen nice beach chairs, beach umbrellas, coolers, etc! The bikes were great too!
I can’t say enough about how great our experience was. Oh - and the views from the roof deck are amazing!
Alexandra was very available and happy to answer any questions. She knows the area well and gave us great suggestions re groceries, restaurants, etc.

I'm still rejuvenating from our stay in Hollywood, FL. This property is amazingly perfect. The description of the property is spot on and we were still surprised with the accommodations when we arrived. Hollywood Beach is near enough to Miami that one can hop over for a day meeting or for sightseeing, but Hollywood Beach has just as many daytime attractions and its selection of restaurants. I'm so happy that my friends were pleased because I picked this property. It is now our standard for getaway accommodations. We definitely plan on scheduling future vacations at this property.

I'm still rejuvenating from our stay in Hollywood, FL. This property is amazingly perfect. The description of the property is spot on and we were still surprised with the accommodations when we arrived. Fantastic Hollywood Beach House
Our family of 7 had an amazing stay! The house is very well organized with everything you need for a family beach vacation including beach chairs, umbrellas, bikes. All the rooms are very comfortable including the bedding, robes towels etc. The house is beautifully decorated, luxurious and immaculate. We enjoyed cooking in the fabulous, well equiped kitchen. The roof was a great spot to relax in the sun, hang out in the endless pool and bbq!! We really enjoyed biking everyday on the Hollywood boardwalk. The elevator made it very easy to bring up luggage and groceries. Alexandra was super accommodating and so easy to communicate with. We would highly recommend this rental!

Shortly into the conversation about the house, it’s amenities and my family, I knew her home would provide to all of us the comforts of home. The home exceeded everyone’s expectations. Nestled in a quiet residential area, in close proximity to the Hollywood Broadwalk, a one minute walk to a guarded beach, walkable to several restaurants, 4 full bathrooms with showers, 2 featuring free standing tubs; selected bedrooms with ceiling fans and t.v’s, outdoor living space on every elevated level, a huge rooftop patio for all day use, with a mechanical louvered portico roof, comfortable furnishings, barbecue, with spare propane tanks, lap pool; kitchen with large island, dining area, living area, an elevator making all multi-level accommodations easily accessible, beach umbrellas, chairs, carriers and bikes. What makes this house a “10” is the comfortable furnishings throughout and personal conveniences of being home; blankets, games, videos, a media room; the wall decors, the remote controlled lanterns staged on the mid - stair landings, the cottage style louvered window and door treatments, the baskets and wall racks for towels conveniently located throughout the home, the beddings, tray tables, every utensil you can image in the kitchen, glassware and plastic for safety. Not a detailed missed by the host. I’ve built many upscale designer model homes throughout my years as a developer. This house has it over all of them. It was truly a vacation home which will provide to my family years of wonderful memories. Thank you Alexandra!

The restaurants were within walking or biking distance. A few of us chose to drive which worked well. The bicycles were a definite perk. The owner, Alexandra, was very attentive and even bought a slow cooker for the property and had it delivered when we inquired if there was one available. Hector and Jenny and Marcelo were very helpful as well. All in all it was a great place to stay and we would recommend it to others!

We have stayed in a lot of VRBO's and this was one of the nicest places we have ever stayed in. Our family (7) of us (including 2 kids ages 3 and 1) came from San Diego to visit our son's family in Fort Lauderdale. The property was perfect for us. Everyone had their own room and bathroom, it was 1/2 block from the beach, and was fully furnished. Our hostess, Alexandra was only a text away to answer any questions we had. Location is terrific for families. Out of the hustle bustle but still close enough if that's your thing. 10 minutes to the FLL airport but no air traffic noise.
We would highly recommend this property for anyone looking for a place for families or a large group (8 max). Beach is beautiful with a shower to rinse off after a relaxing day. The views from the balconies and the roof are awesome. We loved it - you will too!
