Cozy apartment at great location

The location was great and the apartment itself was fresh and modern. The bed was amazing!

Some of the information wasn’t included on the information paper, but the host was easy to contact and the matter was solved quickly. There was no shampoo, shower gel or conditioner.

Nice place to stay in Karlshamn

New renovation, near the shopping street. Parking included in the rear. Nice kitchen with fridge. Laundry available. Elevator. The manager went above and beyond! Lots of table and storage space.

We were on the ground floor. The room was a little warm and I didn't feel comfortable leaving the window open at night. A fan helped. Check in was a little confusing.

Great place to stay in Karlshamn

Clean, comfortable, safe accommodation. Parking off road (although it is a bit tight). It had all the facilities for a long stay but we were only there one night.

Getting in and out of the parking lot is a challenge if it is full.

Nice, clean and modern. Good location right in the centre of town.

My only snag is we arrived on midsommer so there was hardly any shops or restaurants open. It would have been nice if there was tea or coffee in the apartment.

I know where to stay in Karlshamn...

Personnel. High rates hospitality and complete comfort. Style and Quite. System how open the door :) not more - not less, but simply fantastic supplement to Karlshamn... It is diamond. Thank you!

Interesting building, good location at the harbour.

It was a good location, interesting old building, newly refurbished for accommodation. Big room, quiet, very close to the harbour area where there are restaurants, bars etc and 3 minute walk to the supermarket. It was a whole apartment, fridge, cooker, breakfast table everything you need. There was a lift, although some steps to at least one room and not obvious how to access it from the ground floor when you arrive. There were rooms with a terrace where it looked as if you could have a barbecue (we didn't have one of those rooms), perhaps on the roof it was available to all the guests.

It was a bit impersonal, there is no reception except via the phone but this has to be accepted with this type of accommodation. There was off-road parking that was locked at night but it was a bit of a tight space.

Great place for a short trip

The hotel is right in the centre but it's a quiet street. The room had a minifridge and a TV with Netflix. There are free and secure parking spaces behind the property. At nighttime the gate is locked. It's a great place for a short stay.

Nice and clean rooms, good parking.

The room was clean, we had access to everything we needed in the the kitchen. we had a private exit, which was very nice.

the room was quite warm, and we had some trouble adjusting the temperature.

No invoice for your payment!

Nothing else matters if you can't provide an invoice of your service, I've mentioned it was a business trip when booking the apartment, if you're not able to provide the responsibility, you should mention that you are not professional enough to accomodate business related stays! And booking.com, apparently you're ideal only for cheap stuff! Watch out your bookings if you're traveling for business purpose!

perfect value for money

cheap and smack in the middle of karlshamn. all kind of food and shopping within 200m

bigger cups and a spoon to stir the coffee. and maybe easier access to the tv.

The room sized 34 sqm is a very nice and quiet room. Good kitchen, sofa, bathroom and good location in town. The newer staircase in the room was a nice feature.

The view to a tiny back area. No international tv.
