Pet friendly

For the past 3 times I've gone to pay my room the man keeps telling me I have to pay $5 extra a day because I have 2 pets. One of my pets has papers that says he is ab emotional support animal

I switched rooms because the non-smoking room reeked of cigarettes. Then when I entered the third room a cockroach in the bathroom greeted me. As I was so tired after I decided to shower and try to sleep but couldn’t fall asleep. The tub was old and in need of a glaze. I checked out at 4am and told the front desk but they said not offered switching rooms again

Availability

No iron or ironing board. No extra blanket is available. You could not get extra towels or wash clothes. You would have to rent extras, which was still unavailable. Phone statics and lamp light flickers when turned on. USB plugs did not work.

Very insecure, old, insects

clean bed sheets

dirty, insecure, very bad neighborhood, full of people taking drugs and dealing, two roaches in the room, the paint in the bathtub was pilled and old, we reserved for 4 but they only had two towels, when we went to ask the lady said at first i had to wait till the next day, I had to complain and only then she left her post to go to the laundry room to get us two extra towels.

The bed was comfortable. Staff was very nice.

i survived and didn’t lose a kidney. yeah me

the police in the parking lot every time I left the room handling some issue with the local populace. the homeless people camping out in the parking lot next to my car. the room not having a smoke detector where the installed wiring was. the duct tape on the dividing door between adjoining rooms which by the way was locked by a simple quarter inch sliding lock.

located close enough to where I needed to be

absolutely filthy rooms! There was what looked to be dried vomit on the floor length mirror and on the floor going into the bathroom. disgusting hand prints and “splatter” all over the headboards and roaches everywhere! I even slipped on my shoes in the middle of the night and had a roach in my shoe!! To top it all off there was a car that parked in front of my door both nights blaring loud music and base at 2:30 in the morning that woke you from a dead sleep and did not leave until almost 4am! completely unacceptable all around and should have reversed the charges on my card

We did not stay the night, I asked for a refund and I’m still waiting on that! the room was not clean, the sheets had paw prints on them, dust on the Tv and tables, a tore up chair!

It was too bad to even stay throughout left an hour after checking in.

Nothing. Environment isn’t safe. Smells very unpleasant even in the lobby area.

Room had a an awful smell. Tub and toilet were dirty. water from the sink looked unsanitary. Furniture was worn out.

Exceptional

I only stay at Red Roof when I travel because of their pet policy. This location was one of the better Red Roof's - clean - everything worked - comfortable bed & pillows & perfect location for my travels.

Red Roofs do not remodel as often as you would hope - all are heavy on the wear and tear!
