The guest house beautiful, with an awesome design. Big rooms, huge bathrooms, very clean, quality of the linen and beds ,very comfortable. The host a true GENTLEMAN, helping with everything you need.
A bit of the noise coming from the road, but still managed to sleep . And anyway the host gave me the option to chose the room I want. So THANK YOU!

Nice friendly and relaxed feeling building. Private rooms but each floor (& terrace, balcony) has some couches/chairs & tables to sit relax or eat. Guests were mostly out in town while we stayed so the sitting areas were quiet and peaceful. Some very big shared fridges to store food and drinks. The host was very welcoming and let us have a bigger room as it was spare and also gave us some lovely coffee on our last morning.
We didn’t have a high budget so this place was perfect for us but it is a good 40 minute walk to town. There is a bus stop 2 minutes down the road that will get you into town much faster if you don’t fancy the walk 😁

The place was very clean, big room and a comfortable bed.
Can you believe that they owe me Money because they "didn't have cash"!!
No one cleaned the room while i stayed there.
They didn't speak english, just Romanian (when i Made the reservation there was someone writting to me in english, so i dont know what happened there) and when i arrived, the recepcionist was drinking beer, and he never wore facemask!
I'm so very disappointed about this place. Have to say that i really hope no one have to live such an awful experience.

Nice place, near the center, and most important for me that it was pet friendly , and the accept your furry frinds

Bathroom: at first glance looked clean but with a closer look you could realize that wasn't that clean specially around the toilet area (cleaning brush was unpleasant to see).
Bedroom: Didn't seemed very clean, lighting wasn't good so you couldn't see very well.
Balcony was nice

Casa Ella is nice accommodation, excellent value for money. It's clean and comfortable. The host was super nice and allowed us to leave the car for 5 days, when we were hiking in the mountains.
Unfortunately, the hotel is next to the main road of the city, which means is pretty noisy.

The rooms are very comfortable and the theme thing is amazing, it makes a difference if you’re used to the regular hotel room. I especially like the one with a pyramid.
The only thing that is a - here is that it’s pretty far away from the center so if you want to visit the city you can take a bus the station is very close.

The rude staff, the noise, no hot water, small towels, broken door, they just lie on the description....

The person at the reception did not speak English and gave very poor and lacking service

The room was a good size. They provide us with some plates and kitchen tools.
Very noisy due to the street proximity. Decorations are so mixed and confusing (egyptian statues, romanian decorations, strong colors), but maybe this is just a taste issue(for me). No towels in the room( we had to ask for them). The biggest minus, the POS (card payment)was not working.

The staff was nice and the price was good. Also there is a bus stop nearby to go to the city center.
I think the sheets were not changed as we found haira between then, and we were not able to get any rest as the roof of the room did not isolate the sound from the roof above and we would continously hear footsteps and floor board squicking.

Great place to stay, very near of the center of the city with very large rooms and great environment.
I would definitely come back in this place.
