Great Central location close to shopping taxi rank and great little coffee shop next door
The shower with the water temperature changing every 30 seconds its dangerous hot one minute then Artic cold the next why ?
8.0
Size of room is perfect , bed extra comfortable
The small fridge, working very slow, I lost food and some drink, that's definitely no good

Beds were very comfortable everywhere was spotless and staff were very approachable and helpful 🙂

Very convenient for ASDA and for local or intercity buses
No fridge for milk or white wine; no sweetener; tea, coffee etc not topped up
9.0
The location was brilliant, right next to the centre with great transport links and taxis rank right outside. Room very comfy with a radiator you could adjust the timings of. The bed frame and pillows were good quality so had a good sleep.
Not a major thing but the shower was weak you had to have it on Eco or you couldn't set a temperature it would go boiling to stone cold at will and could have been cleaner round the bottom.

How close to the town centre and within walking distance to kelpies etc
Parking was abit of a pain

the property is in a perfect location close to the town centre and all amenities. the room is well equipped and very comfortable. the cleanliness was exceptional.
the night we stayed there was a very severe wind howling outside and the sign hanging outside our window kept banging against the window frame. this is not a fault of the property at all, just unusual weather!
3.0
Location was very central - easy to park outside.
Bed was comfortable.
This was less of an apartment and more like a basic hotel room. The shower had such little pressure that I was unable to wash my mid length hair. The fridge was not cold enough for keeping milk cool. There was no oven, no desk to work from and a very small table to sit at. The television was far to small for the room. Also had 1/3 of a toilet roll that was used the first day and not replaced on the second day - had to go and buy some.
Will not stay or recommend.
Also not an error on part of the accommodation but very noisy with taxi rank under window with the drivers playing loud music well into the early hours.

Convenient, clean, cheap.
The parking situation. The heating was on a timer & went off at night! Not good in sub zero conditions (It was -3 C as we left at 08;30!)!

property was located in the town centre so was close to everything. room was very small with not much room to move about, shower was powerful but we couldn’t get the water warm, only boiling or cold. bed was comfortable and extra large! nice stay.
the shower was either boiling hot or freezing cold.. there was no in between. also trying to get hold of anyone was like trying to get blood from a stone!
7.0
Great location in the centre of Falkirk with parking nearby (pay and display but free after hours)
The electric shower was average at best
4.0
The location.
We had two apartments on the third floor. No lift. My room had very steeep sloping ceiling and I banged my head on many occasions. I had no bedside lamp. I had one chair in my room. No table to eat at.
No point in having any kitchen appliances as there was nowhere to sit and eat. I was very disappointed with this aspect. Not having a bedside lamp was horrible as I had to get up to switch the light off after reading. I would not recommend this property to anyone.

Excellent central location. Large (king or super king) comfortable bed . Perfect for 1 or 2 nights but potentially a little small if staying longer. The Nook coffee shop next door is great for breakfast. Check-in & out process is seamless.
The shower isn’t great and there is no lift so if you’re on an upper floor be prepared for lots of stairs. the cooking facilities are limited - microwave and kettle but to be fair there are plenty of restaurants all around the flat.
4.0
Excellent central location. Feels welcoming and secure and clean. Modernity decorated and roomy.
Amazing views from room 6 to the old Kirk. Great bake house/cafe below called the Nook, run by Rachel. Go there for a coffee and croissant in the morning and a cake in the afternoon!
The Friday and Saturday night were made pure hell by virtue of the drunken mobs waiting for taxi’s immediately below the room it went on well into the early hours 3.30am to be precise on the Saturday night.

Excellent location, just minutes from the train station and near a good choice of cafes and restaurants. I particularly recommend the small cafe next door for breakfast
The room was very hot so a fan would have been useful.

Excellent location. Very clean and well presented
A bit concerned about the heat comin from the fridge

Great location. Comfortable room, basic but serves its purpose 😄

Was in a good location everything’s close by
Was so small and in the photos on the website it wasn’t even the same building we was staying in😂
7.0
The privacy and the security were excellent. The bed was also very comfortable and the owners allowed me a later checkout at 12 with no extra charge.
The size of the room did not reflect in the price . no freezer and 3 flights of stairs and the room faced the back of the building
