Nice modern flat. Good space and in good order. Albeit a couple of minor maintenance issues. Good location for us. Bus into town at the entrance.
Parking good
Old tv - not seen a scart socket in a while .not smart no Netflix and consequently grumpy family member.
Sofas and beds not very comfy- ok for a couple of days when you are out and about a lot but not for a longer stay.
No coffee maker/cafetière a major miss.

Good base. Spacious. Well equipped. Spotless. Secure parking.
We did book at last minute and were dealing with an agency which complicated communication. Had hoped for a twin bed in one bedroom but found it wasn't available. One loo wasn't working well. Plumbers arrived unexpectedly to fix it but it remained an issue. No WiFi and poor 4G. £200 deposit paid up front for any housekeeping issues but it did get returned.

Nothing
Dirty dishes left in the dishwasher
Soiled underwear in the washing machine
No mattress protectors on bed sheets did not fit
No toilet roll
All in all one of the worst properties I have been in

Key box was not close to the entrance and was a little confusing.

property was in a good location
couch was really uncomfortable, there was crumbs left on the dining chair and under sofa didn’t look like it had been cleaned for a while, the iron tripped out the electrics, my husband had to go out with a crumpled shirt

I liked the layout of the apartment. Very clean except a crumpet left in the toaster but I found that quite funny.
We didn't get are damage refund back in the timeframe they said but once ringing them up they sorted it for the next day.

Apartment was clean and comfortable. Good location
Buzzer wasn't working, kitchen was not ideal for cooking as hood was too low and very awkward and each one of us banged our head off it. There was no luxury toiletries as stated and when I advised the staff of this in an email there was no response. Also sofa was broken at back and again I advised the staff and again no response. However any time I called directly Kelly was very pleasant and helpful. I can understand them asking for a deposit but it should be made clear before paying for the booking as if you don't want to pay the deposit you cannot cancel the booking without losing all your money you paid upfront.

very well kept and comfortable with good facilities.
bit of a walk from centre but not too far that you had to taxi.

Nice modern apartment in good location.
There were 2 double beds, therefore slept 4, but only an admittedly large 3 seat sofa for relaxing. 1 more easy chair, or 2 smaller sofas would have been more practical and comfortable.

location was great

very clean and well maintained - handy location for central Aberdeen
it was a bit close to the busy main road through Aberdeen and as a light sleeper I found that on very warm nights it was difficult to sleep with the windows wide open.

Gaining access etc was very easy. Location of property was very good.
Had to pay £200 as damage deposit. Wasn't happy about paying this and when I seen the property itself I was even less impressed with paying it - the property was fine but certain aspects are definitely in need of some TLC to say the least.

they arranged a high chair and cot for us. we got a 2 bed even though we paid for a 1 bed. location
initial issues with heating that led to us having to move to another apartment. responce to issues raised was a little slow

We were travelling and it was very inconvenient to be asked for the security deposit at 1300 on the day of arrival and also to sign a contract. We had to do this on my phone which I was not too happy about. We were told if we did not do this they would cancel the contract. Could they not have done this when we booked? We were due to get into the flat at 1500 but when we arrived at 1700 we could not get in. We were given another code to the door and got in but discovered the flat had not been cleaned. As this was during Covid times and also we had a young child with us we were not too happy. Their excuse was that they "hadn't got round to it". After speaking to them they asked us to go away again for a couple of hours. They offered to pay for a meal for us but only after we asked them to. We did not get into the flat until 1930 which is 4.5 hours late. I feel this fell way below acceptable.

Central location with a nice layout and larger than what we were expecting. We were informed that the family bathroom shower door had broken that morning and was fixed the next day.
The apartment was extremely hot even with us turning down the heating, although the hallway and bedroom radiators didn't seem to be working or on. There was no fresh milk, only small tubs of UHT and they were curdled/off, probably due to the heat of the apartment. We had a hire car and the parking space was a bit tight, obviously not a problem that can be rectified. We had either misread the email regarding the keys or the info was a bit confusing and it took us at least 30 minutes or so to figure out where the lockbox was located. Calling the mobile number we were given didn't help as it went straight to voicemail and because we have an overseas number, we couldn't be contacted. We had also forgotten how noisy the main road is if the apartment you rent overlooks the road, we had stayed in an apartment once before after returning from an overseas posting.
