Une horreur a fuir

L emplacement

Le mauvaise accueil a notre arrivée. Le non respect des procédures bancaires la sur facturation de taxes une honte. Et n accepte pas que l on contacte Booking.com

It was okay.

Good breakfast, great parking for 15 euros per night, Inclosed garage with personel and customer access only.

Spots of uncleaned food on the floor, not the best smell in the corridors, very little room.

Un hôtel que l’on garde dans nos bonnes adresses

L’accueil comme les chambre ou la salle à manger sont très soignés. Thème sportif humoristique. Le personnel très gentil, le petit déjeuner très bon. Notre chambre bien insonorisée et le lit large et confortable.

Pas grand chose, à vrai dire. Manquent quelques articles dans la chambre comme thé-café et une bouteille d’eau.

Dans l'ensemble, séjour satisfaisant. Un plus pour le personnel, efficace et très à l'écoute.

Taille de la cabine de douche très confortable et fermeture efficace contre les éclaboussures.

Pas de sèche cheveux dans la chambre - Rapport qualité - prix des plats proposés laissant à désirer (qualité moyenne et tarif trop élevé pour cette qualité.

Für den Aufenhalt in Paris und den dafür vorgesehenen Zweck war es OK, ausser dem fehlenden Schrank

Lage zur Ubahn ist perfekt, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Personal sehr freundlich und nett.

Ettäuschend war, dass kein Schrank im Zimmer war. Fön musste ich mit am Empfang holen

Very convenient fir central Paris, good for two or three night stay.

Good location, just outside the inner peripherique, metro station within 5 minutes and several good places to eat also within 5 minutes. Staff very helpful.

Bed was far too big for the size of the room, had to edge round it to get to the bathroom. Thankfully I was on my own!

Reception staff were helpful.

The room is extremely small you cant even move, i was disappointed and surprised with the room size. The cleaning team are not clean, after cleaning our room its still not clean enough. there is no safety box, no coffee or water . for me the hotel was very poor, not recommended

Pre-paid for 3 nights, didn't make it to first night so cancelled next 2 and stole my money. Thieves

Total disaster. My flight was cancelled and I arrived next day to find out my whole pre-paid booking had been cancelled. Front desk tried to double charge me to stay , despite already having paid. I understand reservations are void if the customer doesn't arrive on time, but the room was paid for 3 nights - if I arrive or not is irrelevant.

Staff had no idea what they were doing. They called a manager who decided to steal my money by telling me my 460 euro payment and cancelled 3 nights of pre-paid reservation.

Nice place to stay and accessible, but they need to do smth about room ventilation/air-conditioning.

Rooms are clean and furniture is new. Staff is very friendly. Availability of a private car parking.

- Continental breakfast was simple so we opted for having breakfast outside in the cafes. - Rooms are not air-conditioned, and it was very hot to sleep. At the reception we were told that A/C is off becuase it is still in "winter" mode (in mid-April). Opening the windows helped, but at that night a motorcyclist parked in front of the hotel and time to time starting its engine. This ruined the sleep at around 2-3 am. I checked out of the window, and it was probably a hotel employee (or maybe I'm mistaken). Normally it seems like a quiet street.

Cleanliness was the best thing about the room and the location was easily accessible by metro, the staff was also very friendly and informative

The room was tiny, tv was programmed in French and could not get English entertainment, the breakfast had very limited choices, no eggs and a very basic selection of breads and jams

Very good value for money. But the rooms are small, but if all you’re looking for is a clean and comfortable place to sleep it is more than sufficient.

It’s definitely not a “rock-your-socks” location - it’s small, a bit further out from the city, and the M13 is always very full of people.

The room was clean and modern. Close to the metro and really easy to get to the sites! Perfect for our short trip to Paris.
