This 3-bedroom plus loft/3.5-bath tri-level townhome is located in West Ketchum and convenient to the River Run ski lifts. With 2,800 square feet, it features south-facing windows and decks. On the first level as you enter the town home from the front door or the garage, there is a large cold entry with glass double doors leading to the hallway. The one-car garage also has ski racks for storage. On this level are two bedrooms, both with 22-inch flat-screen TVs with cable, large closets, and access to a private deck. One bedroom has a queen bed and the other has two double beds. These bedrooms share the hallway bathroom which has a glass-enclosed deep soaking tub with shower and a dual vanity with tile countertop. There is a laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer on the first floor.
The second level features the living room, dining room, kitchen, and master bedroom. The sunken living room has a two-sided gas fireplace between the living room and dining room, a 50-inch flat-screen TV, and a large deck facing south with a gas barbecue grill, a small table, and 2 chairs. The large, open kitchen has hardwood floors, tile countertops, a cooking island with a gas cooktop, a separate oven, a double fridge, and two built-in desk areas. The dining area seats six. A half bath is located adjacent to the kitchen. The master suite is on this level and has a king bed, a walk-in closet, a double-sided gas fireplace between the bedroom and bathroom, and a 32-inch flat-screen TV and DVD player. The spacious en-suite bath has a whirlpool tub, stone countertops and floors, a double vanity, and a glass-enclosed shower.
The third level is the loft area, open on one side to the living room below, with a twin bunk bed with trundle, 22-inch flat screen TV (movies only - no cable), and a large closet. Skylights give the loft and living room nice natural light. A bathroom with a glass-enclosed shower completes this level. This property will sleep up to 10 guests. Central air conditioning comes with this townhome, as well as a one-car garage (standard-size cars only).
Complex Features: The Harriman Townhomes are located one block from the River Run ski lifts on Bald Mountain, one block from the bike path, and several blocks from the restaurants and shops of central Ketchum. These townhomes share the hot tub and year-round pool at the Christophe Condominiums and Tyrolean Best Western. There is free on-site parking. A free shuttle picks up a half block away and will transport you to both ski lifts on Bald Mountain, downtown Ketchum, and to the Sun Valley and Elkhorn Resorts.

I LOVED this place! This home is amazing. It has everything and more to make for a fabulous family trip. It was so clean and so beautiful and so comfortable! I can’t say enough things about this home. I chose it for the location to the bike trail and chair lifts, as our family loves to ride bikes. The nearby pool was a huge bonus that our teens still enjoy.

We booked in Harriman Townhome #5 for 6 nights in December 2023 for a ski trip with 4 me in their 60s. The unit was very comfortable, good beds and linens, well equipped kitchen, and over-all nicely decorated. The wi-fi is good couches and chairs are laid out well for hanging out. The location cannot be beat for proximity to the lift and walking to town. We will Definity be back to rent this unit.

We enjoyed our stay at the condo. Bedrooms are spacious and comfortable. There were plenty of clean towels. The condo was very clean. Living room is a bit narrow and there are no views of baldy but furniture was comfortable in an oversized for the space way. There was no heat in the master bedroom so our option was either sleep with a gas fire on and eventually feel overheated or freeze.Also, it is VERY SPARSELY PROVISIONED. There was plenty of toilet paper but otherwise, for 9 people for a week there were tiny little shampoos and soaps, 2 rolls of paper towels. There was almost nothing in the kitchen- very few spices, an empty bottle of olive oil. We had to buy everything we needed to cook. There are many games upstairs but they are all mixed up and many pieces are missing- i would recommend getting more games and books for the place. The few games and puzzles in the main living room were in decent shape although we had to hunt for dice. There are also no pens or pencils in the place which kept coming up! The garage was great to have and store skis in. The hot tub and pool were nice and warm. The location is close to river run base but definitely a drive for skiers.

This was the perfect place to stay for a girls ski trip. The condo was perfect and very accommodating - the hot tub and washer and dryer was a key addition! We were able to make great dinners and breakfast with all the cookware available in the house. We walked to the ski lift or took the bus if our legs were sore. After skiing it was an easy walk into town for apres, dinner or to shopping. I can't wait to come back!

Stayed one extra night after the fam left to enjoy some private time with my GF. The fireplace in the Bedroom/Bath was awesome and so romantic - she LOVED it. Huge cathedral ceilings. Plenty of dishes, glassware, spices, and supplies. Had a GREAT TIME!

Sun Valley Spring Break at Harriman Townhome #5
Alpine Lodging made our stay very pleasant. Their registration and key drop off process was seamless and they were accessible the one time I had to call them for a toilet issue. They sent a technician out right away and fixed the problem. The townhome is centrally located- is walking distance to the River Run Lodge and an easy walk to downtown Ketchum. Plenty of space for two adults and four teenagers and a large kitchen table for meal gatherings and game playing. Beds were comfortable. My only negative remark about the townhome is that the sofa in the LR is outdated and stained.

When they say King mattress the have pushed two twins together and added a large foam topper. You sink in the middle. The bunk on top is also following apart. We did not feel safe putting anyone on the top bunk.

Wonderful accommodations
This was the second time we've stayed in this condo. It's perfect for a large group with plenty of room to stretch out. The location was great for both stays, one in October just to hang out in Ketchum and the other in December to ski. Very close to downtown and the ski resort. We'll be back!

Roomy and comfortable
Lots of space for family, great floorplan and kitchen. I can see how parking would be a problem in winter, but in the summer, there was plenty. The kids loved the hotel pool so close. The only problem with the hotel being right there was some weekend partiers making noise right under the master bedroom window late at night.

Nice fireplace and warm atmosphere. Parking is really tight during the winter months at this location. We had a 4 door truck and had there been one more car in the area, we would have had to park quite a ways from the condo and walk to it.

5 of us were in Ketchum for 9 days of fly fishing and it was great to come back to a nice place to relax and reflect on the days. Everything was comfortable and roomy. Just 2 small things, the upstairs shower head could be replaced and a better toaster would be nice. Everything else was above par!!!
