En prisvärd och kvalitérik upplevelse

Ett av få hotell där man kan känna sig riktigt bekväm. Fint och fräscht rum med modern skandinavisk inredning. Några få skavanker på vissa ställen som endast upptäcktes under noggrannare inspektion. Rummet var förvånandsvärt "classy" för att vara angivet som standardrum. Det finns möjlighet till prakering i ett p-hus som ligger under hotellet, vilket är värt varje slant. Vi var aldrig oroliga för parkeringsskador under vår vistelse då parkerinsplatserna är rymliga och välplacerade. Frukosten som serverades var på högsta nivå, egenpressade smoothies och ingerfärsshots, kall frukt i stort utbud, välbryggt kaffe och gröt, fil, bröd och enklare varmrätter i bästa kvalité. För att inte glömma så fanns det även goda téer och marmelader som lyfte upplevelsen ännu mer. Hotellet är att rekommendera för de som vill sova bekvämt innan avresa, även för de som vill spendera en avslappnad helg på äventyr i Stockholm eller de familjer som vill att alla ska kunna njuta av ett bekvämt och rymligt rum.

Vi uppskattade läget då vi båda är intresserade av flygplan, men för andra så kan läget nära flygplatsen eventuellt uppfattas som mindre populärt då vi ofta hörde flygplan övanför oss under natten. Dessutom är utsikten inte den mest intressanta eftersom hotellet ligger lite avsides och beroende på vilken sida man bor på så kan det hända att man blir mött av en utsikt bestående av stora byggnader i stället för skyn.

Rummet är bra för det priset man betalar. Frukosten var undermålig, den började tidigt men efter två timmar hade de inte ställt fram allt ännu. Upplevde att personalen inte hade servicetänk.

Prima 'slaapfabriek', in de goede zin van het woord!

Grote kamers, uitgebreid ontbijtbuffet. Nabij vliegveld Arlanda: er rijdt een hotelshuttle. Stockholm is in een klein uurtje goed bereikbaar met openbaar vervoer (SL-app): bus stopt voor de deur verder met commuterrail.

Usel service och totalt missvisande bokningsinfo. Värdelöst !

Allt. Allt var fel. Vi var 3 personer. Vi skulle ha ett rymligt rum med dubbelsäng och bredvid ett rum med bädd. Vi fick ett trångt rum med dubbelsäng, enkelsäng och bäddsoffa utbäddad. Det var så trångt att man inte ens kunde sitta vid bordet och äta. Personalen sa att soffan inte kunde bäddas av och att rummet stämde med bilderna. Bilderna som påstod föreställa rummet vi bokade var totalt missvisande, ett helt annat rum. Allt var verkligen fel.

Booked this hotel because our usual was very expensive and I was so pleasantly surprised. No problems at all with the shuttle bus, arrived at exactly the times stated and the self check in was easy and smooth. The room was big, extremely comfortable beds and clean with the added extras of the sample face creams being a nice touch. We had the ‘light’ breakfast at 4:30am as we had an early flight but it was great. For the money would definitely stay here again.

Very modern and stylish hotel with an excellent restaurant! Interior sdesign of the lobby is beautiful and staff are very nice.

The shuttle pick up place was unclear. I was instructed to be picked up at bus terminal 12 of the airport terminal 4. But bus stopped at terminal 13, so we missed one bus and had to wait for another 30 minutes in the cold rain. Also, I had to pick up my daughter at the airport after checking in ourselves. I couldn’t discern the Hotel ‚s shuttle bus from local bus and took local bus as I asked driver if this is the direct shuttle to the airport. The driver said yes but I will have to change the bus at „Mäster? station“ …!I was a bit puzzled but took the bus, and ended up being dropped off at some city center and had to take another bus to go to the airport and was charged some money ca, 8 euros!! It was not the Hotel’s fault, maybe the driver didn’t understand English very well…‘
