The location is convenient, near the beach. The beach is crowded, noisy and not the best option...
The rooms, where the air-condition had problems, the common spaces were hot, noisy, queues for the unique elevator for such a big hotel!!
The lobby is not nice neither comfortable and if we wish to have internet.. No way!! Very bad quality, the only possibility was my to use my data.
Food is not the expected for a 4 stars hotel!!
Just a few vegetarian options, and no vegan or gluten free. Cheap solutions, no protein, same plates, even during the 3 days I stated.. Staff need training...

Stuff
Cleanliness was not sufficient, there was so much noise in the morning and late night and the building and equipment was old. Also breakfast was low quality food and didn’t offer variety of choices. The coffee (hot- free of charge and cold-paid) was not as good as expected.

Value for money!
The mosquitoes but we can't blame the hotel :-D

Friendly staff and clean rooms. They have a children's pool and a playground. The hotel is right in front of the sea and 15 mins drive from Nafplio’s city center.
Overpriced! It shouldn't have 4 stars! Breakfast below average, dinner very disappointing. Rooms partially renovated with old A/C. They use single beds and just push them together. The curtain in the shower is made from nylon and is rather old. They don't have an espresso machine in the restaurant area, so for breakfast they only serve Greek or filter coffee. The rooms are not very soundproof and the Wi-Fi signal is extremely poor.

This is the hotel where we will come back for sure! The food was great, the room was very clean and spacious, and the beach is right in front of the hotel.

Good location (by the beach), good facilities, renovated rooms, large parking area, nice staff.
the pool was not very attractive - could be renovated.

This is one of the very few hotels in the region that accept pets. (BIG PLUS)
The area is very nice and quiet.
And the room from our room was great.
Big Parking
Sunbeds on the beach
- The breakfast needs a little bit of improvement..., especially the coffee.

The hotel grew on us… somehow!
We knew it was a family run hotel and the staff certainly were very friendly. The price was good but there was confusion when trying to upgrade the room, they seem to be all the same but some with partial sea view. I expected our ‘garden view’ room to be more scenic but it was a small patio hidden behind a bush… on the plus side, it wasn’t overlooked and it did not get too hot (unlike the rooms on the upper floors).
The en-suite bathroom and pool areas need updating.
The pool was not in the least bit enticing so we didn’t use it.
The walls are thin and other guests were very noisy in the mornings. Breakfast was uninspiring and they don’t make use of the ‘omelette station’ by providing the option of freshly cooked eggs. Lunch / dinner was basic, it was also buffet-style but meat was mostly in sauces and even the salads were not the best example of great Greek food; it’s very much served on a buffet and soft drinks are not included, we paid 3.50 euros for orange juice at lunchtime. I eat anything but even so, I don’t rate the hotel food as highly as the local restaurants and the wedding buffet we had elsewhere.
The plug in the bathroom got stuck and the housekeeper couldn’t remove it, my husband had to dismantle the pipe and we had to remember not to use it again. There should be an ironing room as not everyone wants to hand over their clothes to the housekeeping team for ironing. We managed to get an iron, after some insistence but had to ask them for an ironing board when they expected us to use the bed! This proves that an ironing service is for ‘money making’ purposes, not for fire and safety regulations. The hairdryer is hopeless, take your own. I recommend that the hotel upgrade the hairdryer in all the rooms because it’s not up to 4 star standard. We found our 4 Star hotel in Athens to be a better standard all round. There is very little in the area, Tolo has more to offer but Drepano beaches are less crowded because they are partially stoney and have rough seas.

Area just in front the sea - All staff was friendly and helpful - They provided a socket for my EV (was very helpful), even though I had to wake up at 8:00 am to move it to the private parking area that was full!!!
1. Although pets are allowed, the Hotel is not pet friendly - Pets are not allowed in the breakfast area (even within pet case) but stray cats are allowed as they don't belong to the HOTEL!!! Recommendation to the Hotel: Gather all these cats and get them at get them at one (of many) CATS RESCUE ORGANIZATION in Athens
2. The Hotel needs renovation especially at reception - pool area - breakfast/dinner area - room WCs (are awful) - outside walls. They are claiming for 4 stars Hotel but 3 stars are more than enough
3. Must give more attention at room cleanliness -no issue with the suff but Hotel's directives for towel changes, floor washing etc
4. One very old (especially in terms of intelligence) elevator with 3 persons capacity is not enough for this HOTEL especially if you need to carry bags at rush/breakfast hours (8-10am) - I was waiting with my luggage 20 mins (out of my room at 2nd floor) to get elevator totally free to carry the trolley to my car for departure (10:00am)
5. The private parking area was always full and I was obliged to park at at some spots near the lemon trees making scratches to my car!!
6. Breakfast was very poor for 4 stars Hotel

Definitely worth to come here :)
- fantastic location: close to the beach
- intimate location away from the hustle and bustle, hotel not too large not too small, beach was not crowded
- dogs friendly holel - great adventage as we were traveling with our Maltese
- very friendly and kind personel: waiters at the bar and in the hotel restaurant, ladies at the reception, cleaning ladies - all of them so nice :)))
- fresh orange juice served to breakfast <3
- free beach chairs for hotel guests
- atmosphere
first day when we arrived the beach was full of garbage that brought the waves - that made us very sad :( but next day in the morning the beach was cleaned-up and the situation did not repeat during our stay :)
Generally the whole Greece has a huge problem with garbages yet the hotel and surroundings are VERY CLEAN and you can see that the place is very neat and they really take care of this :)

Could be more diverse food for dinner
2.0 / 5.0
Comfortable beds, clean rooms, not so crowded.
Food choices at breakfast and dinner were limited and very basic. There was no kids pool as was mentioned in the description (only a marked 0.90m area in the main pool - not safe for children at all). Pool closes at 7pm. Playground was small and far away from the restaurant/bar tables, meaning you cannot keep an eye on kids playing while you eat etc, you have to stand on your feet in the playground in order for them to play. Overall the family approach of the hotel seems to be an afterthought. Area is not that great either. I can't find a reason to recommend this hotel to anyone.

Lovely hotel with great facilities on a perfect location. We don't particularly like the type of beach where the hotel is located, but the place itself may be seen as a hidden gem. Perfect room, good bed
