Desayuno incluido y nos dijeron era solo para una persona

No hubo nada que me gustara

La atención del personal pésima. Me pusieron pegas por dejar coche en carga y descarga del hotel. Teníamos desayuno incluido y nos dijeron que era solo para una persona, cuando fuimos una pareja. Eso no me ha pasado en ningún hotel

Calidad - precio correcto

Estaba todo muy limpio y era muy amplio.

Se oye mucho a las habitaciones de al lado, el colchón y almohadas muy duros.

Good, cheap. We got what we paid for, I guess.

The staff was very pleasant, the hotel was quiet, not crowded. The AC worked great.

The breakfast was nothing special, the bread was a bit stale, the scrambled eggs didn't look or taste very fresh.

I have been a guest at the Galaico several times and always happy with the service on offer.

I had a morning snack in the bar. Very efficient and polite service by the 2 ladies on duty.

Everything was perfect.

A pleasant hotel with useful access to Madrid.

The main staff we came across were pleasant and accommodating, especially at the reception desk and at the hotel café/ bar. Our room was good overall and the bed very comfortable. There were some pleasant general, social areas in the hotel. Overall the hotel had a slightly older-fashioned style, which we enjoyed. The location was good in enabling us to easily get a bus into Madrid.

Feel the light system in the bedroom was really poor, with no adequate lighting in the middle of the room or for the desk area. Though there were plenty of power points, we did have to stoop to find and use these! That is, far too low and 'hidden'.

Disappointing

Good location to or From Madrid. Free parking can be found nearby. There are several good restaurants and fast food cafes around. Late checkout until 12. And Las Rozas Outlet is 15 minutes away by car.

This is the worst hotel I've visited in the last year. First, a very bad breakfast, where there was not even an omelet or boiled egg. The cappuccino was from an automatic machine and only sweet!. There was no black tea. The cheese was brought only after my request. The second is the sound insulation in the room, it simply does not exist. Sounds don't usually bother me. But in this case, I heard how the neighbor uses the toilet, how the water runs, all the steps. On the other side, a baby was crying. It was a terrible experience. Also, the mattresses are very bad.

A comfortable, quiet getaway

Very clean, comfortable, and quiet. The multilingual staff is very professional, yet welcoming and helpful. Extra points for the large, soft and highly absorbant bath towels.

The breakfast seems to mainly be organized for groups of bus tourists. If you're not part of one of these groups, it's hard to tell the protocol. The food is fine but nothing special.

professional staff, very attentive and communicative great cleaning service

1. the wifi was terrible and extremely poor. 2. the air condition barely had cold air coming through when turned to max. it was hot summer days and had to endure sleeping in hot warm room the entire time as the AC barely worked.

Good location. Good, spacy, and clean rooms. Car rental service is right in the lobby.

Breakfast is mediocre at best, some rooms (even superior ones) have windows facing the playground on the same level, so you can't even open the curtains.

The Location and the service. Noelia in reception was extremely kind and helpful. Housekeeping was excellent

The ventilation in the room was taking smoke from the outside all night (we didn't report this). Shower did not work properly (this was reported to reception and looked after)

Frontage of hotel and reception impressive. The rooms not so. Parking is not in front of hotel, it is across the road, only semi-secure, costs 6 euros.12.
