non è un 5 stelle, nemmeno 4, dovrebbe essere classificato come un 3 stelle. Si trova in un posto a mio avviso degradato a 5 km da Chania. Non ha spiaggia privata, solo lettini in piscina, l'area relax interna non ha l'aria condizionata

International stay in historic Crete.

We stayed here for five days. The resort is very nice, the staff polite and helpful. Excellent international breakfast served outside in front of the pool. Greek dishes are also offered. Theme nights are organised for dinner. We attended the one with Greek folk dances, a lot of fun.

We would like to advise you to better regulate the use of pool sunbeds to prevent them from being occupied throughout the day with guest towels that spend only few hours there. A tip, it would be nice to find two bottles of water in the room every day, the minimum for a structure of this level.

Wonderful resort in a great location.

Everything. The hotel is beautiful and just across the street from the ocean. We loved the view from our balcony. Breakfast was excellent. The hotel staff couldn’t be more friendly or helpful. We will definitely stay here again.

10 days of complete relaxation and bliss!

we stayed in a fabulous suite, overlooking the pool and the sea. perfect for our first family vacation. perfect holiday with a 1 year old. couldn’t fault a thing, the staff were incredible, they clearly work extremely long hours, yet there enthusiasm and hospitality never faltered. location was fab, supermarket really close by and lots of food choice in walking distance. we were booked for for bed and breakfast and the breakfast choice was fabulous! If you’re thinking about staying here, go for it, you won’t be disappointed.

Lovely experience!!

The best thing about the hotel are the staff, all of who were very friendly and helpful, especially Petros the manager and the lovely Yianna. Also, the room cleaning lady gave us no reason to complain.

The breakfast was good but the menu was always the same, which could easily become boring if one was staying longer at the hotel.

Great before the move

Hotel is very nice but they didn’t treat us very nice. I booked two different reservations because of airline mistakes. Most hotels in America merge the reservation. It was not fun to to have to pack up and move to another room.

comfortable stay with up and downs

Nice and spacious Room with private Pool; comfortable bed; clean; Hotel with great infrastructure (pools, minimarket, bar, restaurant, spa); Breakfast with large variety

the slide door to the terrace isn't soundproof, so it's a bit noisy because of the nearby mainstreet; also the hotel played loud music at the restaurant till 11pm on 3/6 nights, which could be heard even with the windows closed

Superb

Greek night was lovely. Had loads of fun trying to move on the rhythm of the greek traditional night. Dinners were lovely, some maybe on the pricey side, but the treatment received had always been exemplary. We had an unfortunate need for an ORL specialist and luckily the team at reception were able to help us with getting an appointment as well as arranging for a taxi. Besides that, we also received painkillers from reception as I didn't bring any with me. All the support received was very kind and considerate. Efkharisto!

The octopus during the seafood night was quite praised when we were told about the seafood dinner night. It was the only thing that unfortunately was not a success for us as it was was hard and rubbery.

Exceptional

The breakfast was excellent and the staff was very attentive to our every needs. The owner Petro went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and happy. Nothing was impossible-manoli the head matre D was in credible. He would go out of his way to get us fish that we wanted even if it wasn’t on the menu have it prepared and ready for us. Every night we had a reserved table without even calling a head Of time. It was our honeymoon and it was a dream at the Creatan dream royal.
