Nimic de obiectat.

incredible service - from the moment we left our car and even beyond checkout, our every need was carefully attended to including booking my daughters and I in for a private teeppnyaki meal in their Japanese restaurant. Suite was large and had all the amenities you require and more including pjs and dressing gowns. beds were very comfortable and room service meals were extremely good. Spa service (massages) were some of the best we have had. However the standout throughout our stay has been the incredible service and I would like to say a very big thanks to Simon the Hotel Manager who went above and beyond to ensure we were looked after and comfortable. Not only were we allowed to check out an hour later than normal but Simon made sure that we had a comfortable place to relax while waiting for our flight and gave us great hints and tips on what to see in Osaka during our stay. Without question the best experience we have had at the Ritz
There was no negatives at all

The shower!
Club Check-in, reservation agent refused to understand the term of the contract BREAKFAST INCLUDED (Guest paying extra for to dine breakfast outside the club lounge), even showed them the booking confirmation, they still refuse to acknowledge.
Perhaps, BOOKING.COM needs to bring this up with Osaka Ritz reservation dept.
We did educate them in the end by laying a complaint. Was satisfied.
Club lounge service was bad
Club breakfast & canapé were average for the Ritz
Spendido restaurant breakfast mainly cater for the Japanese. Very limited for foreigners. Good was also average. Nothing like Singapore Ritz.
Never stay at the Ritz Okasa again and will never recommend to any travelers.

We enjoyed absolutely exceptional service from from the Ladies and Gentlemen at the RC from start to finish; it was the perfect example of anticipatory hospitality. Nothing was too much trouble with small important details having been thought through, including fully under-cover access from the metro station to the hotel door - great for sheltering from rain or excessive heat! Our top floor corner room was beautifully appointed with a large, comfortable bed, chaise longue and seating area, and spacious bathroom with separate shower and a nice deep bath tub. Housekeeping ensured the room was kept clean and tidy every day, including refreshing the room each evening with a turn down service. We enjoyed the extensive breakfast buffet offering, which comprised both local and international dishes. We visited The Bar a few times for pre-dinner cocktails and were impressed by the range of drinks available and impeccable service. We booked a Kaiseki dinner in the Hanagatami restaurant as a treat and were so glad we did. A beautifully presented, multi-course meal which was elegantly served by a charming young lady who helpfully explained each dish to us.
Whilst in themselves, the indoor pool and outdoor Jacuzzi facilities were clean and pleasant, a minor niggle was 'flow' from changing room to pool and back which involved having to walk through the Wellness Centre reception both times. A more direct route from changing rooms to poolside would have been ideal. The only other observation we would make was that, for average size European guests, the in-room robes and pyjamas were rather too small. Perhaps a selection of sizes (or the opportunity to request larger garments) could be considered by the Hotel.

Room was a bit small and despite my Gold Elite member there was just "upgraded" to higher floors..
Breakfast was simple not much choice .
We had dinner at the French restaurant and it was very good.
Location required car transportation to m out places
The breakfast was a bit dissapointting. I look for oatmeal which most healthy people take but couldn't find and asked for it the waitress said ok will bring to table 15 mins went by nothing I asked again to check and he brought Hot milk

The Chinese restaurant has wonderful menu and service. And they even deliver room service after the working hour. The room was very comfortable and clean, and the hotel all is in old European style which was quite glamorous.

Great hospitality from the hotel staff.
The only small defect is it takes quite a bit long walk from hotel to the metro.

Well located and beautifully presented. Nice pool facilities and lovely service from staff from the moment we walked in.
Children were not permitted to even sit in the hotel bar, so not possible to go for a drink in the evening if travelling with kids

The club lounge access room is on the same floor as where the club lounge is located. Flower arrangement was excellent.
Wine glasses in the club lounge were dirty.
