Situation très agréable
Opale 4 est un appartement confortable, d'environ 50m2, séjour avec cuisine équipée et canapé lit, chambre lit double + lits superposés, nombreux placards, bon état général, au rdc d'un petit immeuble, exposition Sud avec terrasse, très bien situé :100m du train accès aux pistes, à 500m des pistes enfants, luges et jeux, à proximité du centre de la station et commerces.

Cozy and clean
Beautiful location, cozy , and clean. One stop above the main town town at roche grise station. Directly across from the sports center and the children's sleigh area. A short 5 minute down hill walk to the esf ski school at palace. A little difficult to return at night after 7 because the train has stopped and it's an uphill walk with two toddlers... but for older children it should be OK. They loved the proximity to the sleigh area.

Top location aber heruntergekommen
Top Location in der Nähe des Zuges für die Bergfahrt. Wenige Gehminuten zum Zentrum und eine eigene kleine Anfängerpiste direkt vor dem Haus - TOP - eigentlich, denn die Wohnung ist mehr als in die Jahre gekommen. Da mag das neue Bad ein toller Eyecatcher sein. Aber die Küche entspricht nicht mehr den heutigen Needs. Zudem war die ganze Wohnung dreckig. Staub, Spinnenweben und Abflüsse die lange nicht mehr gereinigt wurden. Bei uns musste sogar eine Firma kommen um die Abflüsse wieder zu öffnen

Tout est parfais à part la propreté globale
L’appartement est très bien agencé. Le personnel de l’agence est très serviable et compétent.

pratique, sans plus
Location pour la deuxième année consécutive. La porte de la chambre qui coince sur le sol et le roulement à billes du tiroir de la cuisine défectueux avaient déjà été signalés l'année dernière. Dommage que ces deux réparations mineures n'aient pas été faites !

Une situation centrale et un logement agréable
Nous avons eu beaucoup de plaisir à séjourner dans cet appartement très bien situé. La cuisine mériterait toutefois d'être rénovée. Merci à l'équipe d'Interhome pour sa gentillesse et sa compréhension.
