Comfortable. Staff need to smile a little more!

Wide selection of food and freshly made on request.

There were issues in the 2nd room with the hot water. There was no feedback on the complaint that the issue had been dealt with

Hotel by Lemon Tree Ludhiana Punjab

All the staff were very good & helpful. The choice of food was excellent, and staff Ankuj Kumar and Dixsha Thakur were also very helpful. Very clean hotel. Security staff was also helpful.

All was good and nothing negative.

Pathetic experience staying in a hotel like Keys by Lemon tree. I would rate zero. Neither the room was properly clean and when we entered the room it was completely suffocating with cigarette smell . I reported but no response and after several calls someone came near the door and handed over a room perfume. That guy was in call and i am asking him but he is not responding as he was in a call. After several calls someone picks up the receiver in the reception. For Breakfast there was only one option and hotel premises was not at all clean.
