Very private and large accommodation provided , staff more than excellent and all very kind.
It might have been useful to offer something from farm to table

very nice pool area and the spa small but good. bathroom had an excellent shower and good towels robes etc
not a great view from the room, very little sunshine coming into the room due to the design. it’s extremely quiet and this may be what you’re looking for but the quiet time from 10pm rule was a little strange

Grounds/pool were breathtakingly beautiful and immaculately presented. Extremely peaceful.
Room was clean and architecturally impressive but furnished in a quite basic way - perhaps too far with minimalist theme.

Beautiful unpretentious hotel, with an incredibly tranquil atmosphere. The staff is very friendly, and the food was good. Easy to get to and with good access. Definitely recommend.
The room (a standard double, inside the main house) was small and there was a bit of noise in the morning. Suggest staying in the suites outside.

The hotel was in a beautiful relaxing setting. The staff were excellent very friendly and got the tone absolutely spot on. The restaurant was really good and breakfast was pretty good too. The premier plus suite was big with private outside space an excellent bathroom, great shower and comfortable larger bed.
Only very minor negatives really. We personally thought the room styling was a little too minimalist and could have done with some softer touches. We would have liked a day bed on our patio rather than small sofa and chair but not really a complaint.

Location is in the north away from the hustle and bustle which is nice so long as you're looking for somewhere to relax. There is a small town which is walkable (1 shop, 1 restaurant 1 church type of place). Everything else must be driven.
The hotel staff are really great.
It's very clean.
The pool area is nice - large beds to relax on. The pool itself is great although freezing cold.
The non-hotel staff i.e. the people working in the restaurant including those that serve breakfast were pretty terrible to be honest. Wrong orders brought out, incredibly slow. We were told it was because there aren't as many seasonal workers available at the moment which is fair enough.

We visit Ibiza since the late 2000s, and we have stayed in different hotels and agroturismos. Though we have stayed in many places that were great, Ca Na Xica blows all of them out of the water. If I can come back to this hotel next time, I would. It is the most beautiful place I've been in. The buildings and landscaping are not only stunning but also aligned with the natural environment of the island and classic architecture. Our room was a dream, clean, spacious, decorated like a magazine and really practical and comfortable. The cactus garden in the shower window was so beautiful I want one now! The pool common areas are just perfect. The breakfast and restaurant just fabulous. And the people: every single person we crossed from the staff was super nice, helpful, and welcoming!
There is nothing not to like. It is impossible to find an unlikable thing here.

nice pool, great food, helpful staff
room was a bit basic, almost old fashioned, for the price

Amazing location. Even next to a busy road you don’t have any noise of this.
It’s a not to big property/hotel so the staff can really look after you in case you need something.
Everything was very well arranged! We can only mention 2 points; breakfast is somewhat small in choice if your are staying for more than 2-3 days.
On checkout at the reception it was a huge contrast from how warm and welcoming the check in was to a lady (we didn’t see during our stay) that was really not friendly and almost didn’t say a word.
