Eine sehr schöne kleine Auszeit
Die Musik von Georg Schütz in der Lobbybar am Samstagabend hat uns sehr gut gefallen!

Very happy with our stay
We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The interior is decorated in a tasteful and cozy, yet luxurious way. Upon arrival we went straight to dinner and it was lovely. The appetizer was especially tasty. The room was nice and clean. I really liked the bedsheets. They were softer than usual hotel-style linens and the yellow color really gave a warm and comfortable feeling. The RGB lighting in the bathroom also gives an additional luxurious feel. Breakfast was good with a decent selection. Freshly squeezed orange juice is much appreciated. The tea selection was also nice. The spa was impressive, we loved the saunas, not much more to add.
Staff- Although everyone was nice, my advice would be to ask the guest a question first, and not just stare at them and wait for them to say something. As a new guest one has no idea where to go and what to do. Hello, how may I help you would suffice. Additionally when a guest asks a question, provide all the basic information you can think of of how things work (what's included in their service, where to go, etc.). Otherwise I have to ask a lot of questions and feel like a nuisance. Food- Dinner vegetarian option was ok, but it could've been a lot better if the tofu was also marinated or in a sauce, not just fried as it was too dry. Also at this stage it would be nice to have ingredients listed somewhere because I was not convinced that the cheese used was indeed vegetarian. Breakfast options were good, but for ''healthy'' options a bit lackluster. The salad selection could be improved. Room- The shower is a bit poorly thought out as the flat design will always leak water outside, no matter how hard one tries. Spa- Clearly mark the opening times of the spa on the website! When a guest comes later in the afternoon only to find out that the spa won't be open by the time dinner is finished, it's very disappointing. It would be really helpful if the spa reception was before the changing rooms. Otherwise you go in the spa area with shoes on where people already walk bare foot to find out basic information. Providing spa slippers to guests should definitively be included in the spa bag in my opinion. A hot water pool or a jacuzzi was missing for us. Perhaps we just missed it. Parking- At this price point additional parking charges are a bit silly. Just include it in the price so we don't have to think about it anymore.

Hotel was a lovely spot & seemed to attract families & guests of all ages.
The view was wonderful. Breakfast buffet, very good. Bar served a great drink & good recommendation for light dinner of roast chicken which was very good. Lobby area pretty
Layout of hotel a bit confusing. I really did not like the lighting in halls which only came on after entering the hall & taking 10 or so steps in semi darkness. It felt a bit unsafe being alone.
