Staff( reception e sala ristorante ) gentilissimo e disponibile. Camera superior nell' ala ristrutturata dell' hotel ampia e comoda. Ristorazione molto buona!

Nothing, perhaps location but spoiled by terrible stafg
Poorest performance of service I have had, not explained that dinner was paid and rather than apologising for not informing us the staff were rude and tried to bargain. Very poor waiters rude at any opportunity they get. I have a full list of what I disliked, check out my Google review under the name slavi jarrouj

The location of the hotel was great, very close to town and it provided a nice walk to and from food options in town. The rooms were very clean, and much bigger than anticipated. There was onsite ski rental which was very convenient.
The food options at the hotel were very disappointing. The dinner at $50 a plate was the same every night and not of a very high quality. We went to a Michelin star restaurant in town for less money than the hotel dinner. The staff at the front desk was also not very kind or helpful. When asking questions about the ski shuttle, they were dismissive and very disrespectful.

The attention of the staff was very poor, they weren't there to help you, but rather to make things harder for you

- skibuss drivers were really kind
- location
- VERY POOR BREAKFAST - every year the hotel costs more and the food quality is worse
- Bad air in the hotel and rooms - really hot and REALLY DRY AIR - it caused all of us breathing problems
- NO bathrobe in room - need to pay 18€ (it used to be)
- NO tissues in room (it used to be)
- NO glasses in the room (it used to be)
- NO slippers in the room (it used to be)
- Triple superior room didn’t have quality of 600€ per night
- Not vacuumed enough, there was a smell of dust from the carpet
- There is terrible noise in the restaurant - like school canteen
- St. Silvester dinner costed a lot but quality was really weak. We cannot choose between at least 2 meals + champaigns that they offered us weren’t fresh
- Bad offered services
- You have to book a place if you want to go to pool + you have to wear a cap!
- There was a bath but no salt or sth like that
- Our room was not cleaned, we had to go to the reception and tell them to clean our room… plus, the bed sheets weren’t during the entire stay

Ski area is very good, have been there 13 times. Corvara a nice village
The staff was overdoing the corona rules, checked our vacination pass every day, several times per day, at dinner, breakfast, lunch etc. We could not use the pool and sauna, we have to book in advance through an app but it was always full. The hotell charge us the full amount two times, refused to pay as back, we have to arrange it though booking.com which took over a month before it was fixed. Expensive hotel not worth the money

Location was great. Easy 3 min drive to the lift.
The hotel was definitely outdated. Needed new furniture and carpet everywhere. The food was ok. Was hoping for more Italian meals. It did have a decent sized buffet but after 3 nights it felt like everything tasted the same. Breakfast was the same thing every day. Would have appreciated variety. The pool and spa didn't open until 2:30pm and you had to make reservations for it. The only reason we booked this hotel was for the pool and spa as I was planning on spending the day there while my family was skiing. Needless to say I didn't get to do that. I also left 2 messages on the APP to book a massage and got ZERO response. My family was looking forward to getting into the hot tub after a long day of skiing and were disappointed that the water was warm and not HOT like it should be. I would not book this hotel again.

Shuttle bus.
The price-performance ratio was absolutely tristic. Suitcases have to be pulled from the mezzanine, no service was prepared. The standard of the room we paid for was very poor. Compared to a superior room, the price is only minimally reduced and yet the standard room only fits the rooms and that's it. The door of the room is absolutely crooked and even after locking it can not be closed completely and constantly bangs and disturbs while sleeping. The balcony is rickety and has nails sticking out of it. In the room you can hear all the sounds of the hotel (neighbors flushing, water running-it was impossible to sleep). There is no information in the room about hotel services, half board times, activities, wellness rules (for example, the need for a bathing cap, which we didn't find out until later), the minibar was empty and no info on how to fill it. The hotel is crying out for renovation, for example there are loose sharp tiles around the jacuzzi and it can be a health hazard.
The hotel did not instruct us before arrival that the spa services must be booked via the app and therefore we could not use the spa that day. We were forced to walk almost naked through the hotel as no one could tell us where to get a robe, the receptionists could not formulate a sentence in English.
A four star hotel with such a poor breakfast, we hadn't experienced that either, repetitive scrambled eggs, boiled eggs, sausage and bacon, minimal choice of vegetables and fruit, cheap cornflakes. No pancakes, no waffles, no omelettes. We consider good coffee to be standard in Italy, but not at this hotel.
At dinner we were only offered the wine list once during our entire stay, by the way at a table that was lopsided and wobbly.
On departure the receptionist asked us if everything was ok, after replying that it was not, that it was a big disappointment and describing the problem situations she replied: ok, see you next time. - absolute mockery and disinterest.

The staff were amazing. From the reception staff, the shuttle drivers to the breakfast/dinners waiters. The private shuttle to the lifts was also brilliant.
The dinner on the first night (Saturday) was mediocre. And our first breakfast (Sunday) also had some stale bread. But food thereafter improved a lot. I know from past experience that food in this region is amazing and so my expectations were very high.
