Hotel Sandri - Itajaí

Limpeza e café da manhã.

O estacionamento grátis é no pátio da Havan que era necessário atravessar a avenida. Achei arriscado pois vinha para o hotel tarde da noite. Desta forma resolvemos pagar o estacionamento vinculado ao hotel (R$30,00 a diária). A distância do estacionamento gratuito deveria ser comunicada no anúncio. Seria uma questão a considerar para escolha do hotel. Outra questão a considerar foi no check-in a demora para ser atendido. Havia apenas uma pessoa no feriado e, conforme o funcionário estavam lotados.

Canais da Tv do quarto cheia de chuviscos, wi-fi não conectava na Tv que era smart, nos impossibilitando de assistir qualquer programação. banheiro com itens velhos e enferrujados, e atendimento na recepção deixou muito a desejar, horário curto de funcionamento da piscina.

No estaba muy limpio. Una barata muerta en el mismo lugar (escalera) desde que llegamos hasta que nos fuimos. El área de la piscina igual faltaba aseo. Pero solo detalles.

O café da manhã e atendimento dos colaboradores são maravilhosos!

Estacionamento: anexo cobrado a parte. O veiculo fica exposto na rua.

Tive problema no jantar, onde estava com 5 amigos e restaurante não disponibilizou uma mesa para jantarmos juntos e tivemos que ir comer fora do hotel... equipe do restaurante muito ruim que nem atenção nos deram, pedimos se poderiam juntar duas mesas para comermos juntos os 5 nos iguinoraram e nos deixaram falando sozinhos... por esse motivo fomos comer fora do hotel

Terceira vez que me hospedo no Sandri, gosto muito da localização do hotel, próximo a um supermercado e a avenida c/ ótimos bares e restaurantes, a infraestrutura do hotel é excelente, com destaque para o café da manhã c/ grande variedade, os colaboradores são prestativos e atenciosos, os quartos são limpos, bem ventilados e iluminados, uma ótima opção de hospedagem para quem está em Itajaí/SC

O estacionamento do hotel é cobrado a parte, R$ 25,00 ao dia na baixa temporada.

Big hotel with no one speaking English and don't even want to try. This is a bit difficult. Don't put multiple nationality flags on the front is you can't have tourist from aboard. Ants in the room. Noisy doors and AC

It was great! Practical since I was gone all day working.

The location is great and the staff and customer service lovely but the hotel is a bit run-down and doesn't correspond to the photos, it might need a renovation to compete with other hotels in the area.

There seamed to be a sign in the bathroom saying that if the towel was hanging it meant you would reuse it but if it was on the floor it meant you wanted a new clean one. I love this because I am an ecological person and appreciate these kind of initiatives EXCEPT that even though our towels were left hanging they still replaced them with a new one every day EVEN after I asked the front desk to not do so.

Our stay in this hotel was just about perfect, great shower, good bed, nice pool, and the crew is 5 stars. Also, breakfast was awesome.

Nice stay for a Quick Stop

The beds are great! Nice infrastructure, nice restaurant.

A lot off ugly people staying in, the room service was a little clumsy, they forgot a lot of things. At the last couple of ours in the last day, they mistakenly took down power source from our bedroom. two hours before we leave the room.

Mold in room 723

Stayed here multiple times last two years and was good experience but this time got room with mold. I think there is a section in the hotel that is not renovated yet and if you get the section its not going to same as the renovated section which are far better.
