The room was lovely and a very peaceful location.

Cleanness of the bed

The owner is super nice, he was very helpful and wanted to help us make the best out of our stay in San Marino.
The room is very spacious and the jaccuzzi was a big plus.
It was a bit cold, but not such a big problem. The location is not easily reachable by public transport, and taxis are kind of expensive.

the place was so quite and beautiful

The place is not easy to find, but the owner helps a lot! If you have a car there will be no such problem, taxi is too much expensive!! In conclusion, the property is excellent, 4 star standard inside, very clean and very comfortable. I’ll recommend my friends to stay ;)

Beautiful palazzo, located 7 km from Citta San Marino. We had the suit with the terrace. The ornamented ceilings, the furniture, especially the four-poster-bed makes you believe that you're lost somewhere in time. We've got a video how we get to our room keys, then another one explaining how to visit the Citta. The price for the room was unbelievely reasonable.

very supportive hosts, great location, view from
the room, spacious bathroom, etc. really enjoyed the stay!
no option for breakfast

Beautifull villa, huge apartment with huge bathroom. Nice classic furniture. Very clean. Piece of art! Exceptional views from everywhere! Nice host.
No working restaurant or bar in the property due to COVID. In the close vicinity only small cafe. Quite difficult to get public transport. Bus is once daily to the main town and taxis are on a get to know the driver basis… It would be much better with own transport.

At Moda Antica Dimora I stayed again after 5 years. I've got the same room as I had last time and it was absolutely perfect! The room is super clean, the jacuzzi bath is fully working and also was upgraded with a small wall to prevent the splashing of water everywhere. The view of the mountains with the capital city is just breathtaking!
I received videos explaining how to do the self check in if I arrive earlier/later than the reception working hours. At the reception, everyone was kind and nice to me. I will definitely come back again to stay at this hotel!
P. S. if you are travelling by car, San Marino has lower taxes for the petrol, therefore I recommend to buy it there. On August 16, 2022 diesel was 1.55 eur/l in Faetano petrol station.

Lovely hotel - huge room with spacious terrace. Breakfast not included but there is a decent cafè nearby.
Just be wary breakfast is not included in room rate

It was all just right!

The room was very spacious and confortable. The owner Ivan has some videos to send showing how to enter the hotel if the reception is not open which is very good. There is a mini bar and coffee/tea products payable which is very useful. The bathroom is lovely and spacious- plenty of hot water with it’s a jacuzzi bath ( we did not try it). There is lots of information to visit San Marino. You will need a car as it is a few kilometers from the center. There is only a cafe in the village but it is calm. It had a lovely atmosphere as the room is in a palazzo. The owner and his wife were very pleasant and friendly. Tv and wifi work very well. Thank you Ivan!

Everything. The descriptions matched what we found. The rooms were great. The bathroom was good. The bath existed which is always a bonus. We knew there was no kitchen and hence no breakfast nor evening meal. The drive to Citta was easy and the Antica Dimora's manager's advice on parking, discounts and restaurants was exceptionally good. San Marino may not be an obvious stopover in Italy, there is a bit of the Mont St Michel about it without quite as many crowds or quite as much tat, but it is nevertheless very interesting and good value. Montegiardino is the smallest city in San Marino..!
Just a bit of mould round the bath seal. The bath itself was a bit old but perfectly serviceable.

Personal super, Zimmer super, Bad super
It is further away then we thought. And the buses only go 8 times per day or so (last bus from San Marino Central at 6 pm). Taxi costs between 20-25€.

Relaxed, genuinely friendly welcome and advice from Ivan. Quiet slightly off the beaten track location but easy drive to San Marino. Local restaurant and very convenient cafe, or as we did took recommendation for very friendly 'locals' restaurant in San Marino.

GFantastic place. Lovely little square on the mountain. 15 mins drive to the centre/castle. At night lovely little bar beside to enjoy the silence of the mountain. Highly recommend a glass of wine outside.
Hotel is situated in tiny village. Be aware it's not central San Marino but is about 15 mins away by car. We actually loved the small village.
Double sinks. Gorgeous bathroom and Jacuzzi bath were great.
Charge for coffee in the room. Make complimentary or don't put at all is my best advice.

Lovely room, really big, with a huge private terrace (which sadly we couldn't use because it was still cold, and rainy even). There was also a separate sitting room with sofa, chairs and a table. Romantic four poster bed with a soft mattress. Enjoyed the spa bath, and the his and hers washtafel was a definite plus.
The only thing is we couldn't make the coffee machine work (sounded clogged) and couldn't reach the staff until a few hours later. But then he brought us free coffee the next morning so it's all good.

There is just one thing that I liked hot water.sorry but the facility was too bad. I'm really wonder who gave this score to the hotel!!!
* water was flowing under the shower, bathroom became a pool.
* heating system was not working and evenings were cold. We were freezing in room.
* they put paid tea and we wanted to drink but there was no water at room to boil and also there was no cattle.
* I booked room with breakfast, you can check also theybare saying breakfast their page, they sent comfirmation about there is no breakfast. Also put some paper inside room and there was written you will have the breakfast at your room.
I didn't like and I don't suggest to anyone

the video instructions were really helpful! we travelled by car, so getting around from the location of the hotel was very easy.
the parking lot is not private, it's a public parking lot therefore no guarantee getting a spot late at night.

Very peaceful location, comfortable spacious room and huge bathroom with Jacuzzi bathtub. Nice view of the towers of San Marino.
Breakfast was not served at the property, maybe due to covid restrictions. However for the price of the room we did not expect it.

The boutique hotel has five rooms all decorated differently. My room was the one with a four poster bed and it came with a sitting room . So more like a junior suite. The manager Ivan was great, a pleasure to meet.
Breakfast couldn't be produced because of covid restrictions. Totally acceptable.
