The staff were top notch - exceedingly helpful and polite. There were a couple of issues that were resolved almost immediately. They also gave us lots of info about the area and things to see as it was our first time in that area in France. They also let us practise our very rusty French without making us feel self-conscious. The location for visiting the area was perfect. So much to see! The facilities such as the pool (we didn’t use the other games areas like table tennis, boules or tennis) was fantastic.
Only a couple of things: the on-site internet connection did not work most of the time; the sofa bed wasn’t the most comfortable for one or two adults to sleep on.

Very friendly personal! Answering all the messages and emails very quickly. Special thanks to cleaning service and towel swans, that was very cute! Was really surprised to find the real oven in a such a small kitchen, so there is a possibility to bake something on place. Very nice location not far from a lot of interesting places to visit.

Did not have breakfast (corona) but the facilities are great and the staff are welcoming.
Our room was not made up when we arrived and we had to wait over half an hour.
