The location was good and the apartment was nice.

The location is great and very central - main reason we picked this place. Staff at reception was nice. Free parking. Nice grounds but buildings need a bit of TLC. Nice they had a pool (kids were so happy) but needs to be updated/renovated. We didn't use any but they had bikes and other games for use. If you just need a place to sleep or a base for the region, this is a good option. No AC but plenty of fans.
No wifi unless you pay but we knew that and didn't need it anyway. Some of the furniture was a bit old/dated. The shelf above microwave was taped up. Definitely could use a reno probably but for the price, my expectations were low. The main issue we had in apartment was the bathtub/shower. The ceiling was so low and bathtub so high so my head hit ceiling when standing. Not ideal. Not sure if similar in all rooms but not very well thought out. Pool needed a little maintenance/upgrade and maybe a good cleaning around it (there were so many bees everywhere).

Close to villages of Gordes and Roussillon in the Luberon.
The complex is situated between a large electric line and a local highway, so forget about stunning views. The reception is open for very limited hours, which means you cannot reach anyone if anything goes wrong after 7PM. We tried to contact them at 7PM the day we arrived to tell them they forgot the baby crib we had requested for our room, and we couldn't reach *anyone* until the next morning, so our baby slept on the floor. The 2BR apartment was dark with cold floors, an uncomfortable couch, and a fair share of dead moths. The "terrace" was a cement balcony with a small opening to see outside, and in lieu of a friendly reception you find a three-ring binder with vaguely threatening instructions telling you how extensively you need to clean the apartment. (Meanwhile, the apartment which comes with no dish soap, no dishwasher tablets, no paper towels, and one roll of toilet paper for a five-day stay.) Overall it was a disappointing visit relative to what was portrayed on Booking.com.

Plenty of space, good secure parking, near the cycle track, good visits nearby, friendly reception, 6 person apartment for 2+baby was a good size. bakery pre ordered the day before was good. no hidden extras in cost.
the place is in need of some additional funding. it is starting to look very tired with pealing facades and roves in need of half million € investments. the staff looked to be working hard but you can see it is understaffed for the scale of the property with vegetation taking over, blocking out light and adding to the mould on the walls. This looks like a chain of properties and the investors need to sell it or invest.

Location is perfect to explore the region! Apartment is simple but comfortable. Nice atmosphere

The accommodation is in the middle of this part of Provence. From here several place well reachable. The pool was a very good place in the end of the day to cool down. The appartment was enough high for 4 person (was bigger, than expected). Tons of information and support can be received at the reception.
The bed's mattresses were too soft for us.
