The rooms need a least a wall hanging. They are very plain. Front desk girl's need to be a friendly wirh a smile and not feel you are bothering with any questions.

No where to sit in Lobby.

The location is normally is better and quieter at the residential location than the business district.

Live very band playing all night long, outside at residence across the street. Poor building insulation.

El Sembrador ticks all boxes but Clerks, Housekeeping, & Maintenance are impacting this hotel.

El Sembrador is 38km South of bustling Los Mochis, in quiet Guasave. Features Qu beds, wifi, AC, restaurant, & 24/7 gated Secure Parking. Newer construction.

Clwrk booked us into occupied room, then argued when we reported so MGR was called to assist us. Our plumbing was clogged for sink/shower & maintenance took 45 minutes to open sink. Shower was not fixed. Water pressure great, but no hot only warm water. Sheets were double sized on queens so didn't fit. No mattress or pillow protectors. AC worked but only cool air not cold & noisy. But view window opened at bottom.

It was just ok

I didn't like the fact that it's supposed to be one of he nicer hotels in Guasave and they didn't have their AC turned on in the hallways nor in the elevator. It was super hot in the hotel and the AC in the room didn't work good either.

The bell boy, housekeeper and security gard really helpfull and nice people but the front desk reps were just too unprofessional.

The location offered many ammenities that the room didn't had, as an example smaller room no hair drier, nor ironing table or iron machine, toilet paper limited and rolls left from other guests were provided to our room. Front desk customer service poorly and really unprofessional. To price for a regular hotel room, paid for double bed room and still had to pay extra for 2 adults we were 4 adults total
