Superb

Great shower, comfy beds, wonderful view and friendly welcome. Maria was exceptionally helpful and the welcome bottle of wine from Panormitis was a nice touch. Overall a great stay and excellent value for money

Lighting on the exterior spiral staircase would be very helpful.

Good

Nice place and kind owner who took our luggage up the studio. The studio we were given was an older one, not the one in the pictures. There is a building in front of the older building behind. So the newer building with the pictures of our room were totally incorrect. So we were very disappointed in our stay. Not well stocked kitchen. It had 2 refrigerators, one did not work. Nice view but you walk out of the front door to get to a shared balcony instead of the private balcony as in the pictures. Wifi good in room but not on the balcony. No cleaning for 3 night stay, maybe typical. Nice meeting his sister and mother on the weekend, very nice people. I would not stay again unless I got the front top room of the modern building. Shower mats on floor of bathroom got very wet unless you have very careful. All in all and okay place for the price.

Disappointing to not get new building with nice shower. Toilet water did not work on the last day of stay so had to use bucket to flush the toilet

We had a nice time in this lovely village and made wonderfull walks behind in the neighbourhood.

The location in the village, nearby the taverna's and the nice view from the balcony.

Far better value than Massouri!

Always reliable wifi and hot water. Powerful shower. Nice balcony. Well-equipped kitchenette. Spacious and comfortable. Generally peaceful (except 1 local neighbour). Room cleaned every 3 days. Good beach and restaurant on doorstep. Fresh (though expensive) eggs available from small farm across the road.

Local neighbour comes home late and makes lots of noise for about 1 hour most nights. Balcony view 70% concrete wall, 30% sea /mountains. Long way for fuel for scooter or decent supermarket. Bowls and mugs in kitchenette very small.

Exceptional

Emporios is a beautiful place, serene and restful. The studios were homely and comfortable, with great terraces and views of the bay. We really enjoyed our stay.

Very close to the beach and restaurants. Cleaned and towels and bedding replaced regularly. Owners very friendly.

Lovely time enjoying the best the area has to offer within close proximity to the apartment.

Fantastic location for views, beach, restaurants and climbing. Great shower, facilities and strong internet. Beautiful garden. Easy parking.

The main door doesn't quite fit properly.

Themelina's owner wants you to pay cash, and if you tell him you want to use credit card many problm

Themelina got from my credit card 166,50 euro on july27 plus 266 euro on august 9th. Total 432 euro instead of the right price 266 euro. The owner told me that it was Booking to get 166 euro. A lot of problems. He is not in Kalymnos, bla bla bla by mobile. No one message in order not to leave any prove about what's happening. His very old mother is there and of course she cannot understand anything about the key and the payment.
