Great experience with great service

The location was good with many things around to eat and shop. The staff were very friendly and a go the extra mile to help. Room was big and modern.

We had a perfect stay

We were on an executive corner king suite. It was lovely and spacious . Perfect. Breakfast was exceptional—-an extensive selection of Asian dishes which were delicious and beautifully presented. All of the staff were lovely, knowledgeable, and responsive to our needs.

良かったと思う

ロケーションは最高で、地下鉄の駅にも近く、ソウル駅や明洞へのアクセスも最高だった

部屋のクリーニングは全体としては良かったが、ひとつ洗面所のコップが最初は二つあったのに、途中から一つになり、それも３日目にはきれいになっていなかった点が残念でした。あとは問題なしです。でも、洗面所のコップだけは謎ですね。

安心快適

スタッフのみなさんのホスピタリティがほんとに素晴らしく、特にドアマンの方は、道行く方にもお辞儀をされててとても美しい姿でした。また、ルームサービスのお食事もとても美味しくいただきました。

足が冷えたので、パジャマを貸して欲しいとお願いをしたのですが、パジャマはないとのことで、毛布をお願いしたら有料だったこと。もちろん、素敵なローブガウンはあったので次は靴下を持参します。

Hiçbir konuda yardımcı olmuyorlar. Rezervasyonumu kendi isteklerine göre reddedip tam 2 katı cash ödeme yaptırdılar. Oraya kadar gittiğimiz için mecbur kaldık çok kötüydü

部屋は広く快適でしたが、パブリックスペースの高級感がなさすぎて５つ星の割に合わないと思いました。値段が高すぎます

ロケーション、部屋が広く快適、バスタブがあることなど。

レセプションの照明がなんとなく暗く、雰囲気も５つ星の割には高級感がない、暗い。エントランス付近のインテリアの趣味も悪いと思います。スタッフが少ないのか、部屋に氷を持ってきてくださいと頼んだのですが、かなり時間がかかり、再度、連絡してやっときました。ポーターさんが融通が効かず、友人がタクシーを停めて私が出てくるのを待っていてくれた際に、「タクシーをホテルの前に停めないでください」と厳しい口調で何度も言われたそうです。

요즘 대한민국에 모든호텔이 샤워실의 물때가 눈에들어오는점.예전에는 호텔 청소 2분이 하실때는 물때가 없었는데.요즘은 한분이 하셔서 청소 사간이부족 간부들이 호텔의 가본을 생각안할때생기는현상.호텔의기본.1.청결함과 깨끗한 룸과편안함2.작원의 프로의식.이두가지만 충족되면 손님은 매우만족함.요즘한국은 음식과 뷰에만 신경씀

とっても良かった！

ずっと泊まってみたかったホテルで、サービスも良かったです。プールもあったことを忘れていましたが水着はレンタルがあるので思い立ったら直ぐ入れます！景色も良い場所だったため大変満足しました。

お部屋が広くて素敵でした

駅がすぐ側で東大門の景色が目の前ですロケーションがよかったです。

前回宿泊したソウルのホテルはスリッパや部屋着があったので、確認せずに伺ってしまったのも悪かったですが困ってしまいました。レセプションが列になっておらず並んでいるつもりでもどんどん横から入ってくる方々がいて待ち時間がかなりありました。ポールなど立てて列が分かるようにした方が良いと思います。

Noise and smell

Location is perfect

Air con noise is so loud. I can't sleep well. Also the smell of leather finish, I am not sure how it is so strong in the room. Overall experience in the hotel room was not that good.

Lovely hotel near to shopping and subways, great breakfast!

Breakfast was fantastic, with a huge variety of choices. And the warm food was of very high quality.

Having to leave the room key to borrow an umbrella made me think that the hotel doesn't trust its guests.

Comfortable stay, we would definitely consider it for next trip to Seoul again.

Very comfortable and ease of communicating in English. Indoor pool was very useful when it rained the entire day.

Slight feedback, the shower head holder was loose and we had to hold it during entire stay. the door which leads to the train station was closed quite early and we hadn’t been able to use it in the evening.

Excellent Location.

Excellent buffet breakfast to suit all tastes. Good executive lounge. Excellent views. Excellent location. Apart from all the places to see in Dongdaemun itself, the train station is accessible via the hotel elevator. Super helpful and friendly staff. Maintaining a 5 star hotel in Seoul would be pretty hard work. JW Marriott does a pretty good job of it.

Minor problems with bathroom fittings (loose shower head and door not sealing). Lack of a power point on one side of the bed.

The rooms are adjoining. When there is a party next door, it can get quite disturbing.

The beds were very good. 2 good sized double beds. Soft but very good support. I don’t feel it when my partner turns in the middle of the night.

Furniture is a bit old. House keeping could do better.
