Excellent facilities, great staff.

Spotless and bizarre! Attached to a rest home it was quiet and exceptionally clean.
A reasonable walk to the town centre. There was something a little “odd” about being in a building with no one else.
4.5 / 5.0
wonderful address close to city centre (3-4 stops on direct tram line), Maschsee (city lake), Eilenriede (city forest) and Messe (trade fair); spacious serviced apartments with full equipment, sports facilities, sauna, restaurant - for a calm and relaxing stay in one of the greenest cities in Germany
nothing to signal

Excellent! I don't understand why there is 8.4 review on booking. It is definitely much more, I would say 9+ as average

Bed, saunas, interior decor, location, parking, gardens….everything to a high finish

Entry with negative COVID test only. Masks are to be on policy. I had a very clean room. The location of the hotel was good. It is close to the tram station (easy access to Messe and City Center). Parking was in the price.

Qualified and very active workers. Location is very close to puclic transport area (Subway-Train)
Daily covid test was not good. But I must say that it is important for other elder hosts located very close to the hotel. So for their sake its no problem. :-)
2.5 / 5.0
the hotel is part of the elderly residential place and one has to take the covid test which is offered within minutes in the hotel with friendly staff .
not a upmarket reception room but ok

The cleanliness and the staff which appeared to be very nice and polite
The facility is an elderly home.

Very nice place to stay, cozy and calm.

Quiet location with spacious rooms, large windows and balcony doors fully opened to allow cool fresh air in. Reclinable beds were a plus. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Highly Recommend!
Nothing not to like.

-clean
-staff very helpful
-we stayed for one night only (a stop on our way to Netherlands)
it looks like a medical centre for mainly the old people
-no A/C and there were flies coming over the window
-speared beds they don’t have a king or queen beds

The serene atmosphere made my one night restful after a hectic day at the event I attended. The sound and taste of nature were a great asset to my stay. The facilities were good; most exceptionally the bed. It was very comfortable!
The breakfast and service were excellent.
Finding the main entrance and reception to the hotel was a bit confusing for first-time guests in my case.
I had a bit of a challenge turning the T.V. on and connecting the free WIFI also. Eventually, the connections remained perfect.

The hotel is located in a lovely quite area, not to far far from the Hannover Messe. The place is though a combined hotel and a nursing home which makes the stay a bit peculiar. The hotel part was very good.
Standard hotel facilities like restaurant and bar, and a better wi-fi solution.

staff very friendly, large rooms
a bit surprised by the elderly home combination. It was very well organized but felt a bit strange
2.5 / 5.0
A nearby restaurant which you could walk to
far from center of town. old folks home
3.8 / 5.0
Central location.
Could be any organic products at the breakfast.
Carpet was not clean.
2.9 / 5.0
The Location was excellent, walk around the lake was lovely.Tram not very far away. Restaurant & bar near by too.
Breakfast was continental.Reception not open 24 hours as stated. Bar not open, at all when we were there. Felt like the hotel was a add on to sheltered accommodation. Not clear instructions(actually no instructions)regarding pool & sauna times etc. For the price very disappointed.
