al di sopra delle aspettative

bellissimo ambiente, camera funzionale con terrazzino e doccia ampissima. staff cordiale. prezzo molto onesto per la qualita, considerando anche la piacina in giardino (molto curato).

peccato solo un po' per i letti che oltre ad singoli avvicinati che tendevano a muoversi separandosi molto erano anche piu piccoli/stretti della media.

Excellent place to explore the highlights of Garda lake.

Good location, great pool, proper breakfast. Excellent, friendly staff.

It may get a bit noisy if you have the lake view room, but the view is stunning.

Wonderful!

The hotel had a beautiful terrace with outstanding views over the lake. The staff were all so helpful and friendly, nothing seemed to be a problem to them. The pool area was surrounded by beautiful gardens with a backdrop of the mountains.

I can honestly say there wasn't one thing I could fault with this hotel.

Incredible room with a view of Lake Garda! The owner of this property was amazing!!

Location was amazing! A beautiful view of the lake, staff was fantastic, the hotel pool was sooo relaxing and beautiful in the garden. So close to all the towns attractions. Room was clean. Shower has great pressure and was big. Garage parking was available. Breakfast was fabulous!

Traffic was a bit busy but the windows were double panned so once closed we did not the traffic as much.

We enjoyed our stay at Casa Popi. Everybody is so friendly and helpful. The room is very clean and comfortable. The breakfast is really tasty and the beautiful garden and the pool invite you to relax. Thank you so much.

Very good accommodation with a swimming pool and a short walk from center

Very nicely located just a little outside of the centre. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The one star doesn’t say anything about the accommodation because it was one of the better stays during our trip.

Very clean room with beautiful view on the lake. There was also a charming swimming pool.

There was a main street in front of the building so it was noisy.

Beautiful, lovely. But airport transfer service provided by the hotel was a problem

A lovely hotel with lovely people, super clean room, great balcony views of the lake at the front, nice swimming pool and lounging area, beautiful garden. Staff friendly. Five minutes to walk to town.

Casa Popi arranged an airport transfer for us, we had to pay in cash on arrival to the hotel. On our return we were unable to specify the time we wished to leave, but were forced to go with the schedule we were given, which would get us there 90 mins before the flight, but this assumed no problems en route, which is often not the case here: on the way from the airport it took us THREE HOURS to get there due to a traffic issue (actually three hours, yes). A similar thing happened the day before (we were told), and the week before too (another couple told us). So if this happened on our return, we would miss the flight, definitely. In the end we arranged it half an hour earlier, but then the taxi turned up 20 minutes late anyway - who knows if they had any intention of coming earlier at all? Hotel owner said it was not her problem to me. I beg to differ - if you arrange, take payment for, and don't give me any way to contact the transfer people, then YOU ARE responsible for this. Who wants to gamble on missing a flight? A bitter and stressful end to a lovely stay. Also get a receipt for the cash-only(!) tourist tax and transfer fees, as they had no memory (their words) if we paid this or not at checkout (it was fine, but still...)
