不是第一次入住，但這次經驗很差。

早餐不錯

提早訂房卻被安排在606號房。 606號房位於類似員工休息室對面，走道已經很狹窄，入住時還看到一堆清潔人員聚集於門口。出房門時又看到清潔推車放置於我們房門側。房間的格局很奇怪，像是左右兩邊房間多擠出來的一個空間，廁所的花灑也壞了。另外停車空間的部分，是機械停車，特別標示要大家到B2停車，但停到B2卻沒有電梯可以搭乘，如果有大型行李或老人小孩會很不方便，建議飯店要註明一下，也在此提醒各位要入住的人。

Hôtel bien placé, assez proche de la gare à pied. Accueil impersonnel mais efficace. Chambres bien équipées, wifi performant. Le petit déjeuner buffet de style chinois est correct.

生活機能很方便，附近有小吃跟全家，還有停車位，隔音還不錯，冷氣也很舒服，唯一的小缺點就是浴缸跟淋浴是放在一起，要一直爬進爬出的。

相当满意

早餐选择不错，服务人员很热情，因为第二天要早离开，服务人员还是允许我们在酒店规定时间之前用餐。感谢👍 酒店位置也很好，去附近的夜市都很方便。下次去台中玩的话还会选择！

以上是最糟糕的入住經驗，不會再次入住，因為看Google 評論也不是第一篇這樣評論了，卻不信邪抱著嘗試看看的心態，事實就真如此！

早餐豐盛，地理位置佳

1）停車場無明顯標示，停車場昏暗，車子升降梯超小，非常考驗技術 2）進房門滿滿異味（潮濕、煙味），空間狹小 3）床上有不明毛髮和髒污 4）水龍頭漏水，沿著洗手台全部滴進洗手台下放乾淨毛巾的籃子 5）浴室沒有可放衣物的架子只有一個掛鉤 6）排水孔有不明透明液體，四周角落黑黑的 7）兩邊床頭邊竟沒有插座 8）隔音非常差

服務及舒適度令人滿意，會再入住的旅館

早餐是自助吃到飽，中西式都有，菜色每天會更換一些。一樓餐廳提供24小時免費飲料，外帶食物回來也能在餐廳好好享用。可以免費借用腳踏車，床硬度夠支撐性好，浴室水夠熱夠強。整體來說是間很不錯的飯店

枕頭太軟，遇到沒公德心的旅客在房間抽煙時，味道會從浴室跑進來。

價錢合宜，在國慶連假的期間能找到這樣價格的住宿，非常滿意。同時段台中其他旅館飯店價格高出很多。在一中夜市購買的食物可以帶回旅館一樓有桌椅可以休息享用，不必讓房間有食物殘渣的味道陪伴過夜。

地點位於萬代福戲院隔壁，台中公園附近，離一中商圈近，是走路可到一中商圈逛街的距離。價錢合宜，在國慶連假的期間能找到這樣價格的住宿，非常滿意。同時段台中其他旅館飯店價格高出很多。在一中夜市購買的食物可以帶回旅館，一樓大廳有桌椅可以休息享用，不必讓房間有食物殘渣的味道陪伴過夜。

入住期間，房間浴室的乾濕分離正好在裝修，所以淋浴之後的水會噴濺到浴室地板。附設停車場車位較少，且由於是舊大樓改建，汽車必須搭乘機械式升降設備，進入地下室空間比較狹小，考驗駕駛的技術哦。

自助式早餐菜色雖簡單，但該有的都有了，可以讓我們吃飽飽了，可惜咖啡機沒有拿鐵，不過可以自己加牛奶，小事情。飯店旁邊就有很多美食和便利商店，很便利。

The entire facility was clean and relaxing. The people in the reception area are very helpful and can speak some basic english. Loved the free flowing drinks and snacks until 12 midnight.

Breakfast menu needs variation. Almost the same food daily. And there is no bidet in the toilet.

I am writing this email to express my extreme disappointment and dissatisfaction with the numerous issues I encountered during my stay at your hotel. As a guest, I expected a comfortable and enjoyable experience, but unfortunately, it was quite the opposite. Firstly, let me address the quality of service at the hotel. Throughout my stay, I encountered several instances of poor service. The staff members were indifferent and unprofessional, lacking patience and attentiveness to guests' needs. When I raised questions or sought assistance, they appeared impatient and gave off an impression of neglect. Additionally, there were instances of delay and errors in the staff's response to guest requests. This level of irresponsibility and lack of professionalism left me thoroughly disappointed. Furthermore, the quality of the room was far from satisfactory. Firstly, the air conditioning system in the room had obvious issues. Regardless of how I adjusted the temperature, the room could never maintain a comfortable temperature. Sometimes it was excessively cold, while other times it became unbearably hot. This greatly detracted from my overall stay. Additionally, the room's amenities and furnishings were worn-out and damaged. The bed was uncomfortable, there were stains on the walls, and the bathroom facilities had problems as well. I was deeply disappointed with the condition of the room. As a customer, I believe I should have received a better accommodation experience. However, your hotel fell short in terms of both service quality and room conditions. I am extremely dissatisfied with my stay and feel compelled to write a negative review of your establishment. I hope that you take these issues seriously and implement measures to improve your service and room quality, ensuring that future guests have a better accommodation experience. I urge you to reflect upon this experience and take appropriate corrective action.

Wonderful hotel for the price.

Hotel offers daily breakfast with lots of variety and choices. I particularly like the tea eggs and minced pork. Hotel also has a small laundry facility that is a nice to have for family travel. Our room was clean, quiet, large enough and comfortable for 4 adults. I would come here again.

lucky its only for a night stay. one night is enough

room was big for the type i booked and the flooring is not carpeted.

bedding has a strong musty smell. opened the window to air but the smell was really strong. decided to call housekeeping to change. the hotel personnel speaks very fast in Mandarin, expecting us to be proficient Mandarin speaking
