About this apartment rental
This is 1,400 ft2 luxury apartment situated in the center of Over The Rhine ("OTR"). This award-winning building is unique - a contemporary space designed and outfitted to the highest standard, with 10' ceilings, 2 master suites, each with double vanities, private entry, private patio, and 1 garage space. It has a partner apartment in building built to the same standard. These spaces are all about openness and light in a contemporary setting within OTR (note they may not be appropriate if you prefer sleeping in a darker space until later in the am :-) ).Our building spans two building lots but leaves space on each side to create an open, airy feeling with lots of light.
The location is right in the center of OTR and located right on the Cincinnati Connector streetcar line. We are a little more than a block from Washington Park, which has everything from the home of the symphony orchestra and opera, the new Shakespeare Theatre to a relaxing green space, to free yoga in the park twice a week. Nice bars and restaurants are all around us, with the nightlife of Vine St. just a block away as well.
The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen and washer/dryer.

Property is beautiful and stocked with anything you could need or want. Location is ideal. Communication with the owner was a breeze. We will definitely stay again.

My second time visiting Cincinnati for the open. We really enjoyed the apartment. Lots of space, two large master suites and great outdoor patio. The garage was great but I recommend getting a small car due to the very narrow alley. The apartment was wonderful. The host was very accommodating and responsive. I only have two suggestions: 1 a larger coffee pot 2. a few lamps in the living room would be a nice touch.

Great location downtown and very nice home. Some scratchy areas around but that is typical for any downtown city. Owner is very responsive to any contact or questions. Alley to access garage is tight- large SUVs might have some issues. Would stay here again.

Property was very nice, clean and in the center of everything we wanted to do - didn't even need an Uber while we stayed downtown, very walkable. Very nice to have parking with a garage, the back alley is a little tight, so I wouldn't recommend bringing a large vehicle. Host was very easy to contact and was in constant communication. Would stay again without hesitation!

The location was perfect and within walking distance of so many wonderful restaurants and bars. We also really enjoyed the outside area to start our day with a cup of coffee and unwind at the end of the evening with a glass of wine. Being able to have separate bathrooms was fantastic and the beds were very comfortable. The host was extremely helpful and provided detailed directions and information.

The property was as advertised.
Very bright and airy and comfortable. Kitchen was well appointed but could use more than two dish towels.
The couch and chairs in the common area show a lot of wear and could use an upgrade. Attention to cleaning could use some work as well. Fake greenery needs to be dusted or better just removed. Floating counters in the bath are nice but only if floors and trim are kept clean.
If you are staying in the front bedroom having people standing right outside your bathroom window was off-putting and the noises from the street lasted much later into the night that we expected.
The convenience outweighed the negatives as the tram stopping right outside the door made getting around easy as one of us unexpectedly needed to walk with a cane.
Having a garage to park was a great bonus. However drive your smallest car as the alley is narrow and fencing can make it even harder to navigate.
Check in and out was easy.

This property was AMAZING! In town for my son’s wedding. Venue within walking distance (< 2 min) even my 84 year old mother was able to walk to wedding! I hosted the bride to be, her mother, aunt, and sister for pre-wedding brunch and hair / makeup. Everything I needed was available in the rental. Two very large bedrooms and gorgeous bathrooms. The windows and natural lighting along with private patio lended itself to amazing photos as stated by the professional photographer. Walking distance to everything including Findlay Market. Ted, the host was immediately responsive and was kind enough to allow us to use an extra garage space post wedding alleviating much stress at the end of the night. I just could not say enough about this property. Highly recommend!!

Pros: We stayed 2 nights in this spotless, roomy, well-equipped condo. Exactly as shown. Easy access and check-in. Owner was friendly and prompt. Located 2 blocks north of Washington Park. Great restaurants all around. We really enjoyed eating at Losanti.
Cons: I gave the location 4 stars because it's on a main street with loud traffic and noisy pedestrians right outside. Fortunately, my friend who had the front bedroom brought earplugs because she needed them. But even with the street noise, I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

This home is perfect for a long weekend of sightseeing, great food, and best friends in Cincinnati! The home is spectacular and the host makes staying here soooooo easy! OTR is a great neighborhood to stay in for exploring Cincy and the FREE streetcar/trolley system is right outside the front door. An easy walk from great bars and restaurants, our only caution is that the street can be rowdy at night and be aware of your surroundings when heading out after dark. Taking an Uber might be a better way to go when exploring when the sun goes down. This house more than makes up for any downside! Thanks for a great adventure in Cincy!!

Cincinnati living at it finest. Flawless facility and extremely clean. Easy check in and out and tons of privacy.

I stayed at property with my wheelchair bound mother. It was very easy for her to access. Apartment had everything there but there were issues with hot water in the shower and dishwasher is more aesthetic than functional. Would recommend bringing paper products and dish cleaning items if planning on entertaining.

The apartment was beautiful and true to the photos. Ted, the manager/owner was easy to contact and quick to respond. Other family members with 2 dogs stayed at a different place just around the corner and we used our apartment for joint dinners. With the gated outdoor area, we could leave the dogs outside while we visited inside. It was a comfortable place to do day trips to Cn sites of interest. Lots of good restaurants nearby, Kroger and Findlay market.

I was a little concerned about the area while driving in but once the car was in the secure garage and we were settled into to the apartment, all was fine. The apartment itself was just right for 2 couples and we had our own space which was nice. The common areas (kitchen and living room) were spacious and convenient for entertaining and hanging out. Having a FREE trolley within steps of the apartment was probably one of my favorite perks about the whole place. We were in town for a Bengals game so it was nice to leave the car in the garage the entire visit and take the trolley anywhere we needed to go. We would definitely stay here again! Check in instructions are very detailed and thorough, check out was a breeze. Thank you for a great stay!

This is a super cute place in OTR. Walking distance to lots of activities as well as the free streetcar to get most other places downtown. The place was modern, very clean and the beds are comfy. Slight drawbacks already mentioned in other comments, but by no means deal breakers: The alley to get to the parking spot is pretty narrow. The room on the street side is bright (eye masks solve this). Displaced people are present in this neighborhood. They did not bother us or make us feel uncomfortable, although one of them liked singing early in the morning, lol.

My wife and I have stayed at this property before. It’s a great location, extremely well maintained, has everything you would need, with an owner who is proactive and extremely responsive! All these are reasons we stayed again! OTR is completely walkable and the train stop is about 20 steps away! We’d stay again without hesitation!

I had an Excellent time, and my husband wouldn't stop raving about the entire "Vibe" of the place. It was the perfect privacy for two couples, yet great for working and planning together. My only complaint was that we ran out of paper towels.

The property matches the listing exactly and the owners are great communicators and super responsive.
This was our wedding weekend and we are so happy to have found this listing. Got some fantastic shots in the gorgeous natural light of the apartment and loved hearing the church bells ring next door.
The front bedroom is on the street, so I'm not sure sleeping in would be an option. And the garage spot is fantastic, but the alley driving is not for the faint of heart. Ha. Having said that, our minivan made it (slowly) quite a few times.
The location is amazing, and perfect for taking advantage of all things OTR has to offer...and there's a streetcar stop a block away to get anywhere else in the city.
Would definitely stay here again!

This sparkling clean, spacious VRBO is ideal for two couples. We enjoyed the separate bedrooms/bathrooms (with separate temperature controls - awesome!) and had plenty of room to meet in the middle. We loved having the garage space and didn't have any issues pulling our Rav 4 in off Goose Alley. The weather was beautiful while we were there so we spent quite a bit of time relaxing on the private patio in between adventures. The property is conveniently located just steps from the Cincinnati Connector with free transportation to ball fields, Findlay Market, and Rhinegeist Brewery, all fun places to visit. We enjoyed walking down the street to Taft Brewing Company and down a few more blocks to Washington Park. Ted was responsive when we had an issue. Our only teeny concern was that we felt safer in the immediate neighborhood and destinations toward the ball park than we did when walking toward and past Liberty Street. As with any city, there are unhoused people milling about here and there, but no one bothered us the whole time we were there. If we come back to Cincinnati, we would definitely stay here again!

This apartment is absolutely stunning with 2 master suites, private en suites, fully stocked kitchen, large outside patio - truly every amenity you could want. The beds were comfortable, linens and towels soft, huge closet space, laundry, half bath and - to repeat - a generous and fully stocked kitchen. So often in a rental, there might be 4 plates, 4 coffee cups, etc. available in the kitchen. We truly had everything we needed and then some. Access to the street was very easy, and so close to many restaurants, shops and activities. The connector runs right in front of the apartment! It was also a plus to have access to a garage. The property owner, responded immediately to our request to rent and then was very detailed with information about the property. We appreciated everything the property owner thought of to make this a delightful experience. When we return to Cincinnati, this is our apartment of choice! Thank you!

This property is so cool. Everything is brand new and clean and it’s stocked with everything you need. The garage parking space was nice although Goose ally was a bit challenging to navigate. What do large vehicles do?? Lol. I wish I had stayed there in the summer so I could walk and explore everything around there. Hoping to go stay there again when my son graduates from Xavier this summer.

This is the second time we have stayed here while visiting our daughter at college. Great location, easy to get to and from campus, clean and spacious. Fantastic places to shop, eat or have a cocktail. We highly recommend.

What a wonderful two bedroom condo. We stayed here with two friends. Bedrooms are on opposite ends of the condo so there’s peace and quiet. The common area of the living room and kitchen as well equipped and very comfortable. The location of the condo is in the middle of wonderful restaurants as well as Findley Market. We walked to the soccer game and it took about five minutes. I would recommend this place to everyone. Ted is a wonderful host.

Walk to Everything
Property is located very close to many hip places to eat, drink and shop. Reserved parking in the garage very much appreciated. Ambient noise persists on weekend nights later than on weekdays. Very clean and modernly decorated. We became so accustomed to minimalist style, when we arrived home, we immediately started decluttering! Host is very quick and responsive communicator. He provided us with many excellent recommendations.
PRO TIP: Make your restaurant reservations 2-4 weeks in advance.

Excellent stay in the OTR
First let me qualify that we are 18++++, almost 70 in fact. The property is well done. Modern well detailed building. Great courtyard, unit 1 nice layout, secure. While the neighborhood is changing for the better we were still careful as we walked around (remember I'm old). That said, the restaurants are really great and walking distance too. Losanti, Zula and even the B&A Street Kitchen (steps away) were all very good. Couldn't get reservations at Losanti, as they book two weeks out, but did the walk-in thing and sat at the bar overlooking the street and had great steaks, wine, drinks and accompaniments. It was great to have the car in the secure garage, but the narrow alley caused us some consternation getting in and out of it. It was a very enjoyable stay and exploring Cincinnati was fun.
