Authentic cuisine méditerranéenne de qualité.

Great location, wonderful authentic old building. Rooms were clean and nice.
Bed is too soft, not for people with sensitive backs. Breakfast is very poor, 1€ for coffee/tea from machine. Don’t expect egg every morning. Waitress is not happy to serve, expect a face if you ask for extra coffee or food.

very quiet
owners and staff very friendly and helpful
soft drinks and beer only 2€ in honesty box
close to market n roads
breakfast got slightly monotonous

Food and Staff were very good breakfast portions were big enough location although initially difficult to find was ideal and peacefull.
Around the pool was a good enviroment and access to the Honesty Bar was great too!
Deeper swimming pool, TV had more stations preferably a music channel,
Midges being bitten around the pool and outside at meal times.

Beautiful and tranquil location, very peaceful and relaxing being out of town a bit. Short drive to Palma town and other nearby attractions. Breakfast, staff and cleanliness of the property were great.
8.0
The location, the outdoor breakfast, yet close to Palma
Nothing!

Incredibly beautiful and tranquil place in a small spanish village. Everyone is very kind and friendly, and super attentive to our needs throughout the stay. Breakfast is amazing and we even had chef Tony to prepare us authentic Mallorcan fish for dinner one night — truly phenomenal.

The staff is great and dinner/breakfast was excellent.
The rooms could do with a refurbishing

We arrived a bit early and we were able to check-in earlier because the room was already ready. We were welcomed very nicely! The room is very simple (but that is written in the description), but we had a very beautiful view and the birds were singing right next to our window. We even heard an owl close by! The outside area is very pretty and it is good to have two pools which gives some privacy. Red kites were visible at all times! Breakfast was simple but good and served at the table.
There was no wifi at the room (that is a big minus). We even received a second wifi code from the owner, but it did not work in the room either. It would be great to have bikes for rental, we walked to the nearby shop once but the way is clearly not made for pedestrians (even dangerous at times). But the rest of the walk was very beautiful because the nature around is just beautiful!

location is in the middle of the island, perfect for exploring the island every direction possible, a car is recommended. Cute room with enough privacy when stepping out onto the patio. Healthy breakfast was served by friendly staff directly to the table, just enough to get you start the day. The little hotel has 2 small pools that looked amazing, but it was still too cold outside to take a dip :( very spacious parking place behind the hotel.
mosquitos :( all the windows and doors to the outside could use a net...

Dinner was a wonderful traditional fair, really good and no fuss. Tony is an extremely sociable and helpful host, and he really did make it feel like home away from home. Location is superb, and the history of the building is unique.
There was a front gate which sometimes failed to open despite having the right code, meaning one had to climb over the gate as there is no 24/hour reception.

The breakfast was splendid.
The bathrooms are very small as well as the towels.

The food, atmosphere and staff!
Small minus, lot of wasps at the pool

- incredible location, very quiet, great garden , pool and overall relaxing zone;
- very clean;
- breakfast could be perceived as scarce however its very tasty;
- dinner ( at least order for 2 persons) was not good value for money, can be at least 2 times more expensive than most restaurants nearby;
- wifi speed is slow like a 3g connection;

Breakfast was good with a mix of fruit, bread and hot items. location is close enough to Palma whilst. Nearby towns also have excellent food options. Parking is ample and rooms are large and airy. Love that the owners but a water cooler so you don’t have to keep running to the store for water.
Wifi is slow but it was fine for us looking to take some time offline.

Quiet, calm, beautiful. Rooms spacious and cozy. Sweet staff and excellent breakfast!
A bit hard to find - you need a car 😉

Lovely place with friendly staff. Room was simple and cozy. Nice shower. Delicious breakfast with a lot of home made little details. On my last night I also had dinner at the hotel which was super delicious and a special experience. Will definitely stay here again.

Amazing atmosphere in and around the hotel. We love the two small pools and the garden. Breakfast was very nice and served in the garden. Staff was friendly and helpful!
Everything was new and in good order in the room. The bed was comfy and shower was great. I would definitely recommend to anyone and come back again! Perfect for a long weekend retreat. Far away from the crowd of Mallorca:)
You need to have a car to travel around, public transport is not very good and bus stop is far. However, this also makes the environment very local and quiet:)

Having mosquito screening on windows so could sleep with open windows.
Breakfast and dinner were lovely. Nice to be served breakfast rather than buffet.
Owners and staff very helpful.
Directions to get there.
Having to pay extra because our flight was a late one so arrival would be after 2300

Beautiful property and the gardens and planting were lovely but felt like the property was more important than the guest.
Great water pressure in the shower.
Nice dinner one evening and the breakfast waitress was fantastic - always making sure we were attended to.
Rooms very depressing. Furnished basically and just had no atmosphere or authenticity. Paid from an upgrade which turned out to be a single extra bed! Outside spaces to sit were messy, dirty and made it difficult to relax. Broken window in bathroom so mosquito invasion as no door to bathroom.
Intrusive call from owner one afternoon to ask whether we would be wanting dinner - already informed that we had to tell them by 2pm by other staff member if did want.
Horrible kitchen near our room with no kettle, and a clapped out fridge which didn't keep our water cold. Honesty system pointless as the wine/beer/cold drinks were not cold. No kettle or fridge in the room and a long walk to the coffee machine with very steep steps. Just hard work to stay there. Not relaxing, at all.

Lovely and peaceful. Full of character and it was really lovely to eat in the garden. The restaurant set menu was really delicious.

We had a wonderful stay at Asis.lovely old monastry now a comfortable, cosy little countryhotel. Peaceful and quiete and you need your own transport as its very isolated from any public transport. Lovely garden with small pool. The staff is very friendly and helpful . Breakfast is good and plentiful. We had delicious dinner every night prepared by the coowner Toni. All in all to be recommended.

Quirky property that is something a little bit different. Very nice and quiet location, yet an easy drive into Palma and to other popular sights. The garden is really nice and there is a friendly cat who enjoys an ear-scratch.
Because of the original nature of the building, it’s probably best to stay when the weather is nice and hot.
