Chambre spacieuse, sans moquette. Petit déjeuner correct

Pas de gel douche pour 2 personnes, évier presque bouché, et fenêtre partiellement ouverte à notre arrivée, au mois de décembre, ça fait frais.

Bom para B&B

Facilidade de acesso ao Hotel a partir do metro. Silêncio no quarto. Limpeza do quarto. Funcionárias prestáveis quando lhe colocamos um pedido particular. Chegamos mais cedo que a hora do check-in e conseguiram arranjar-nos o quarto mais cedo. Pequeno-almoço saboroso.

O Hotel estava em obras e não nos foi dada nenhuma indicação sobre isso nem com antecedência, nem sequer mencionaram essa questão quando chegamos lá. O pátio estava inacessível por estarem lá máquinas das obras. Em um dos dias de mais agitação, o pequeno-almoço teve grandes problemas: falta de comida e demora enorme em repor os alimentos, pratos, copos, talheres. Durante toda a estadia, a fruta exposta não tinha o melhor aspeto, mas quanto ao sabor, não provei, não posso falar. No booking indica que o quarto possui "Utensílios de cozinha", mas chegamos ao quarto e tinha, para além de chaleira, microondas e placa de fogão (que também estão indicados no booking), apenas se encontrou dois pratos, dois copos, um garfo e uma faca, mas nenhuma panela ou tacho para cozinhar. Não vejo sentido em ter uma placa de fogão, e não fornecer equipamento para se cozinhar, efetivamente. Também não havia nem líquido da loiça nem esfregona. Tentamos jogar na máquina de jogos arcade que tinha, mas não conseguimos. Dificuldade em colocar o ar condicionado da forma que queríamos.

À FUIR 🪳 PERSONNEL DÉSAGRÉABLE ET INCOMPÉTENT HÔTEL SALE

Tout et surtout le personnel Le jour de mon anniversaire, j’avais réservé cet hôtel miteux, je me suis rendue avec mon véhicule à l'entrée de la porte du parking dédiée aux clients. Arrivée devant le portail, j’me rends compte qu’il ne s’ouvre pas, je précise j’étais sur une descente avec des escaliers en pente sur le sol et du coup je me retrouve bloquée ainsi… La réceptionniste, qui au passage avait clairement besoin de suivre une formation hôtellerie, me dit que si je veux sortir mon véhicule je n’ai pas d’autres choix que de faire une marche arrière… Comment lui faire comprendre que c’est une descente étroite et que si j’entreprends une telle manœuvre, cela serait beaucoup trop risqué pour mon véhicule et pour moi y compris… J'ai finalement reussi cette manœuvre avec énormement de difficultés et d'angoisse car ma voiture dégageait une énorme quantité de fumée et j'avais franchement peur d'y rester… Depuis ce jour, j’ai une odeur très forte de fumée dans ma voiture, j'ai donc demandé à deux garagistes différents d'où pouvait venir le problème, tous deux m'ont dit qu'il fallait changer l'embrayage. J'ai donc demandé undevis et il y en a pour 741.43 euros de réparations. Avant cet événement j'avais aucun problème avec mon véhicule, j’avais juste fait des réparations mineures et maintenant je me retrouve à devoir payer une telle somme. Je n'ai eu aucun geste commercial de la part de l'hôtel que je tiens entièrement pour responsable sur les réparations à faire sur mon véhicule et qui, de plus, a gâché ma soiree d'anniversaire car ma reservation du restaurant où j’étais censée le fêter, était à deux doigts d'être annulée. Si l'hôtel avait correctement vérifié que son portail ne fonctionnait pas, je n'aurais jamais eu à entreprendre une telle manœuvre. Désormais, je n'ose même plus utiliser mon véhicule car l'odeur de fumée me fait peur et nuit à ma santé.

Un hôtel où l'on dort bien

Le personnel est incroyable, d'une gentillesse et d'une attention rare. Les chambres sont calmes, aucun bruit ne viendra troubler votre sommeil. Le confort est également au rendez-vous, ce qui permet de dormir profondément. Que peut-on attendre de plus d'un hôtel ?

Ne comptez pas accéder à de nombreux programmes télé : il faudra se contenter de la TNT sur un écran médiocre.

Le bruit de la VMC de la salle de bain Le bruit de la ventilation de la chambre qui grince Les serviettes de bain tachées Il manquait un abajour sur une des lampes du lit et les fils électriques étaient visibles et accessibles pas génial si vous venez avec un enfant Le plaquage du lit était décollé Une des machines pour les boissons chaudes de petit déjeuner manquait de lait à 06h35 (pour info petits déjeuner à partir de 06h30) Un des croissants que j'ai pris avait des taches vertes sur le dessous (je n'ai pas pu deviner ce que ça pouvait être) Parking à éviter (accès plus que compliqué) Je pense qu il manque un suivi de l'entretien dans l'hotel La jeunesse de l'hôtel n'excuse pas tout

I was very surprised that even though I arrived 3 hours before, I received a clean, comfortable room. The lady at the reception was extremely kind. the English language quite well but with the sexy French accent, I personally really recommend considering that the hotel is absolutely new.

5 mins walk to the Marie Saint Ouen train station. Grocery store is 3 mins walk. And some good local restaurant. Burger

The hotel was value for money. Had all the necessary things we needed. The breakfast buffet was amazing. We did not book the buffet, however, the staff was able to accommodate and make some fresh croissant and also did not charge for the kid.

Everything was good, the only problem was talking with the receptionists because they couldn't understand me at all (I'm italian so I don't speak french so well but I can speak english) so they didn't understand my requests so well but they were kind.

Room was clean, tidy and comfortable. The location is close to the metro, which runs quickly into the centre of Paris. The bathroom was very clean, had a hair-dryer included and the shower had good pressure, even though our room was on the top floor. We enjoyed the view of the Eiffel Tower, although not all rooms will have this view.

We could not figure out how to turn the air-conditioning on, and the provided duvet was quite thick so it was warm at night. Service at the front desk was slow, particularly when checking in.

we liked the bunk beds for the kids and the size of the family room. really handy with little children. also, the weekend we were there it was raining a lot so we decided to eat at the hotel an the staff very nice allowed us to use the place next to the lobby with nice tables and lovely windows to see outside.

windows didn't have a handle so they were always "open". with little kids this was extremely dangerous. also, they were actually super dirty so you wouldn't see out very clearly :)

The room was spacious, bed was comfortable, clean bed sheets and towels. There was also a small kitchenette, dishes, pots, glasses etc. They gave us an extra bed for our 4 year old daughter free of charge. We lived on the fifth floor and even saw a top of Eiffel tower from the window :) The staff was very helpful as well. The hotel was in a good place - 5 minutes on foot from the metro station and 5 metro stations to reach the center of Paris.

A room was not very well cleaned. There were lots of dust uder the beds, also on the kitchenette. The table in the second bedroom was broken. There was not any sponge or dish washing liquid. When you have a kithenette in the room, it would be good to have means to wash dishes. When you come to Paris for a couple of days, you do not want to buy a pack of sponges and a bottle of dish washing liquid.
