Room is clean and resonable size. Bed is too soft, I have a back pain after 2 nights
Breakfast was not good at all. Cheap sausage, not many selection, food was not tasty. I’ve ask for honey but they don’t have it. Not worth the money.
View from our room was poor. View block from the hotel’s tree. No mountain at all :(

The staff were amazing! A special ‘Thanks’ and high praise for Win and Nuch who went out of their way to ensure our stay was fantastic! Food was exceptional and of high standard. Room, restaurant and everywhere high standard of cleanliness. Comfy beds and pillows. Pool was beautiful to spend time in.
If you don’t have a vehicle it’s a little remote. But, lovely quiet location.

tissue in the bathroom is a little bit low quality. I think improving the quality of the ply would be much better.

Atmosphere - green and clean. There are activities on site (rock climbing, fitness center, massage). Bed was very comfortable.
I couldn't find the fitness center as the sign led me to rock climbing...but I didnt bother to find out where it actually was.
My room was on the ground floor with nice garden area at the back of the room. However, neighbor room hanging their wet clothes in the middle of the lawn ruined the beautiful view. Also the next day i woke up to someone's shorts in front of my garden door. These incidents gave me the feeling like living in a cheap apartment with cheap neighbors.

Breakfast was great.
The pool was pretty.
The view from the room was nice.
Alpacas were fun to take pictures with.
The drinks we had weren't great.
The hotel is a little deep in the road so having your own vehicle is necessary.

beautiful concept and design. super comfortable bed and pillows. very good blackout curtains. polite staff who gave quick service when asked. lovely breakfast spread.
beautiful surroundings and beautiful views
before we arrived I had a lot of questions about how to arrive, whether I’d need to hire a car and these were not answered (although I sent 4 chaser emails) until I’d called the hotel and made a fuss.
the showers in the bedrooms and the chairs in the dining room were quite grubby and need renovation or at least a very good cleaning.
we were there for New Year’s Eve and the hotel closed all facilities and expected us to attend a themed costume party at an expensive price which did not include drinks. We were not keen to be at a party on new year’s Eve (been there, done that and we wanted something different and quieter) and had to end up getting some food from room service and staying in our room, overwhelmed by the party music. whilst I can understand that the hotel had to have a party, there should have been another option for guests apart from staying in their rooms. having said that we had a fun evening between us.
I didn’t see them but my adult children went to see the animals and said that the enclosures were very small.
