Location itself is in perfect distance from seaside. The unit that we had was nice and clean, had a mini bar and and also wood for fireplace or bbq for extra 10€. Also we had 2hours of sauna and pools included in total price which was amazing!
Breakfast 10 of 10!
Horrible staff communication, after i told them i never been in here before they didn't bothered to explain where and what is. We didn't took our towels and robes as in description it says that you can rent them next to pool, but after going to change rooms and walked all the way to find location where you can buy them we were told that they run out of them.. Also it would be much better if that place that was renting robes and towels could be located before changing rooms as its really awkward walk all the way around pools and reception area in only swimsuit

We had an amazing, memorable stay. It was 5 of us and we booked one villa and one double room in a hotel. Both places were very nice. It was clean, comfortable, cosy. We had full meals booked that included unlimited access to saunas and swimming pools for 2 days. Facilities are great, loads to do; a lot of different swimming pools indoors and outdoors, jacuzzi, saunas, gym, free water aerobic sessions, events for kids. We also used amber sauna (paid separately).
Meals also were good, a lot of choice, everything was fresh, hot and nicely presented.
Staff were friendly, helpful and nice.
All five of us, we would love to come back again for at least 3-4 days stay.

Very nice villas. Big pool, kids love it. Great environment. With firewood.
Electric car chargers were out of order, staff missed door label asking for cleanup, in the evening the kitchen was too bussy to take our order.

I was told 2 hours at swimming pools are included, but they never told you need to change your clothes or use a shower included in this 2 hours... so paid an extra 16 euro just to change my clothes and take a shower.

During our recent family trip, we booked three rooms at the Atostogu Parkas Hotel in Lithuania, hoping for a pleasant stay, but we found ourselves entangled in a barrage of issues that made it anything but enjoyable.
Firstly, the hotel claims to be “family-friendly” on booking.com, a promise that fell flat in reality. The on-site bar was in operation until 4 am, with noise levels disruptive enough to rob us of sleep. This definitely contradicted their advertised family-friendly environment.
The hotel rooms and bathrooms were disappointing, to say the least. We were greeted by an unpleasant urine smell on our arrival. Additionally, brown bugs were spotted crawling on the floor, which was thoroughly off-putting. The condition of the bathrooms seemed unkempt and cheap, greatly detracting from what we had envisioned for our stay.
Although the booking included a two-hour pool access, there wasn’t much else to do at the property. Once the pool time ended, the only available outdoor area was virtually the parking lot. This is hardly the relaxing, scenic spot we were hoping to enjoy.
The cherry on top of our dreadful experience was the loud fireworks display put on by the hotel bar at night. The noise was so intense that it kept us and our baby awake all night, causing much stress and discomfort.
Despite raising these issues, the hotel’s attempt at rectifying the situation didn’t fare much better. the new room was nicer but … The alternative room we were provided had a leaking roof, with water dangerously trickling into an electrical outlet. This posed a severe safety risk and raised major concerns about the hotel’s general upkeep.

Spa was nice, a lot of saunas, salt room was interesting experience. has heated pools which is great for unpredictable Palanga weather.
Our windows was in to back side of the service area, which was very noisy from the early morning.

Everything apart of staff
Staff in reception was not helpful at all. Only give information if we ask questions, they didn't make us feel welcome.
Also, at the check out they wanted to charge 50€ extra for parking the car next to the cabin, when nobody explained the parking rules.

nice area, good idea. stayed at the villa’s, but had everything you could need-pool,spa, bbq, etc..
the villa’s are not very well built…horrible sound proofing. basically, a really budget version, and already a little outdated (for ex. furniture). also, do not get what is the point of having all these dishes in the villa, but nothing where to actually cook food (except bbq…). a little stove or smth inside would be great.
