Absolument magnifique

Un superbe séjour, le personnel au top, souriant et très attentif, un endroit très calme à proximité de l'océan. Nous reviendrons.

Rien ou juste peut-etre, l'heure (8h) du petit déjeuner.

Très belle expérience

Nous y avons passé deux nuits. Un séjour très agréable, une vue magnifique sur le lac que ce soit de la chambre à la salle du restaurant. L'accueil et la gentillesse ont été vraiment un plus, que ce soit fille et maman le soir ou personnel du matin, vraiment top, souriantes, agréables et bienveillantes. Rien a redire non plus sur la propreté de l'établissement. Chambre impeccable, salle de bain rutilante et rien ne manquait pour dormir. Le restaurant est de qualité, nous y avons très bien mangé et le service est vraiment parfait. Vraiment un très bon séjour, nous y reviendrons avec plaisir et recomman derons cet établissement sans problème.

Un bémol sur la promiscuité des balcons, mais c'est le bâtiment qui veut ça ! Peut être une petite séparation visuelle pour apprécier cette très belle vue sans être avec son voisin. Juste une suggestion.

Very nice hotel in a very nice location on the lake. Peacefull & quiet.

Unfortunately the Internet was a disaster. Impossible to work or watch a movie.

A very pleasant surprise to find this excellent hotel in such a fantastic location.

the view over the lake from our bedroom was perfect. It was peaceful and relaxing.

The new air con made the odd loud noise in the night. The owner said she would deal with this.

Nice simple hotel with good restaurant.

The breakfast was rather simple and not inexpensive, the position was wonderful and the staff friendly. Dinner was excellent.

I think they did things well. No dislikes

A Lovely Spot to relax

Beautiful location and view over the lake. Dinner was excellent.

Room and especially the bathroom was quite small.

Very good will go back enough said

There were issues with what I planned and changes had to be made but as a family run business we were very well looked after and will probably go back

The half board food options were a bit limited that said the food in general was excellent

Beautiful place, wonderful team.

The team were amazing, always warm, friendly and welcoming. The location is beautiful. The food delicious. Our stay sadly coincided with unfolding Test-de-Buch forest fire disaster, so we decided to leave early as it felt inappropriate to be holidaying on under the circumstances. At no point did any of the people working at La Caravelle make us feel unwelcome, they were charming and lovely to the end, despite being as distressed by the impact of the fire on the local ecology and community as everyone else. Such amazing professionalism and kindness. Thank you for looking after us so well. I would love to come back someday in better circumstances.

Nothing from the team or hotel perspective, but it was very sad to experience the unfolding disaster of the forest fire, with the impact of human activity on such a beautiful ecology and all the animals living there. Nevertheless, we were very fortunate to be in such considerate and caring hands. Everyone gave their best to make all the guests' stays as memorable and enjoyable as possible.

Overall we had a fabulous time.

Fabulous location. Staff very helpful and the food was excellent. Would definitely return at a later date.

The outdoor space for relaxing was a little limited.

Fantastic place to unwind.

Boat accommodations, very friendly staff, big car park with enough room to park a trailer, good and substantial breakfast , very good food, reasonably priced, varied menu, good wine list, room to sit in the garden, quiet

Missing airco, small balcony, no cosy bar area to meet the other visitors, not vegetarian friendly, breakfast is too early, an egg as breakfast is payable service!

Fabulous location overlooking the lake.

The location. Our balcony overlooking the lake. Colourful well tended garden - even looked good in the rain. Delicious dinner in the restaurant and very good value. Quirky decor - the room felt individual. Friendly staff and laid back atmosphere.

The bathrooms was tired and outdated. Unable to attach the shower head to be able to stand under it. But this didn’t really distract much from our enjoyment and we would return.
