The staff were lovely and went out of their way to help. Everyone was so friendly. Cleaning was fab- really comfortable beds.
I personally didn't like the pillows- found them a bit too big.

Merci à la charmante personne de l’accueil qui assurait plusieurs fonctions en même temps avec la plus grande gentillesse et beaucoup de professionnalisme.
Taille de la chambre petite par rapport à son prix

The place is very nice, the deck, the views!
Breakfast and breakfast service were very good
The reception service was very bad. We have to wait half an hour till the lady that was in charge attended us, when we arrived.
And again we have to ask the cleaning people or people that were attending the restaurante, to look for the same lady, when we wanted to check out and nobody was at the reception office.
The fridge wasn't working and we have to ask by celular phone ( the recepción phone number didnt work) that somedbody comes to the room to fix it. It was unplugged because they were saving energy! We found a previos guest yogur inside it...

Easy access to pool and bar. Calm and good for children. Friendly staff.
Bicycles useless and need to be replaced. However we complained and were not charged.
Cycling in the area was not good. Rough and inconsistant paths. Busy with fast traffic.
Food ok but not to Michelin standard.
The place and area was a marina and therefore surrounded by sailboats.
4.5
Great location and fairly new hotel. Friendly staff and good but pricey breakfast
The restaurant for dinner, expensive , rated with Gault-Millau. However the service for dinner didn't justifie the Gault Milau. The waiter appointed to us didn't know mutch about service. The starter plate was very good. The main course good but the intestinal on Languste Tail where partiality not cut out, The coffee cup served to my wife was broken. The waiter didn't know anything about wines.

The room was superb, couldn’t fault it. Huge bed and super bathroom. Amazing views. Hotel receptionist was brilliant! Would give the hotel on its own a 10.
The restaurant was so very disappointing for the money. Food was okay but a filet of sole with a little mash and no sides for 50 euros was excessive. Lovely surroundings. I really don’t like to moan and I don’t think I have ever given a negative review….but the restaurant staff really let it down. I genuinely wonder if it was their first night on the job..

A local fish restaurant ‘Le comptoir des Voilles’, we would highly recommend a visit.
Top deck with pool and bar CLOSED as was the Oyster Bar
No room service, breakfast in restaurant only.
No wifi in room.

Loud music until late night( 01:00am and 11:00 pm) on both days of our stay. We had the room (number 6) with two little kids directly below the restaurant and the music!. The hotel does not mention parties with loud music in August on the homepage. This is not acceptable for the high price!

Thé room
What a shame. The hotel had so much potential as the facilities look great but was let down by firstly the owner’s wife who is incredibly rude and obnoxious. She flaunts round the hotel flirting with the guests she likes / locals from around the area giving preferential treatment, whilst ignoring others.
The entertainment / band clearly became very friendly also with hotel guests inappropriately.
The pool has 7 beds around it which are often blocked. They make you pay for pool towels and insist this is normal, when clearly it’s not as the 3 previous hotels we’ve stayed in offer them. They say they don’t provide them as they are not a spa hotel, despite having the word spa in all of their signs and marketing materials. They have scrimped on so many things that even 3 star hotels would provide.
The breakfast is the most basic offering for 22€ per person and 12€ for kids, with only one person working (whilst thé owners wife sits down with her preferred guests.
Overall it’s not at all worth the money. Stay at the Hotel De La Plage 10 mins down the road where the staff are thé most welcoming and will not anything for you.

Location, view, swimming pool , rooms and their size which are good for couples and family with kids
They should remind more people to wear their mask given the circumstances

Breakfast was fine, but the coffee could have been better. Also, I only like Kellogs Cornflakes.
The coffee and the cornflakes
